    Looks like you need a live tool lathe with a sub. Nice fixture designs though for sure.

    Hi. Can you make a video explaining clamping multiple cylinder parts? Your design with that wired edm and screw is very interesting. I tried it but didnt work. Maybe because part size deviation of 0.010mm. Some pieces fly off or moving because the soft jaw is not flexing enough to clamp the parts. Can you explain in more detail how you design your multiple cylinder jig? How wide is the slot and how deep the edm slot need to be. Appreciate it so much for the info.
