Hi Bob. Do you still do these last I see is a year ago ? Thought you were also about to introduce Betsy Bridgeport behind you…I understand 😂 Like your shop….wish I could move the trucks out my garage too. As a materials handling drafter I need to make a bit from my shop as well to survive. So…starting this year in all earnest. Ya days of employment are over.

I appreciate the idea of raw format, but it's tough to watch. Six minutes in and nothing has happened. Trimming would help keep viewers engaged. This would be a great 6-10 minute video. Not bashing, just providing honest feedback from this side of the screen. Thank you!

I'm constantly on marketplace, craigslist and ebay looking for deals. I've gotten a boring and facing head for $250, a radius dress for $100 on ebay. I got my Millrite knee mill for $500 and a surface grinder for $250 on FB marketplace along with a Tesa-Hite for $250 and a B&S master height gage for $50.

Hi. Can you make a video explaining clamping multiple cylinder parts? Your design with that wired edm and screw is very interesting. I tried it but didnt work. Maybe because part size deviation of 0.010mm. Some pieces fly off or moving because the soft jaw is not flexing enough to clamp the parts. Can you explain in more detail how you design your multiple cylinder jig? How wide is the slot and how deep the edm slot need to be. Appreciate it so much for the info.

Nice set up Bob I am expanding the garage to include a machining bay, What is the square footage of your shop I am currently a licensed(ontario) 310S,310T CWB (car, truck all position stick welder. I have a 20 x 30 shop that i do work in but looking to expand to 4ox40 I was thinking of making the current space the machine shop welding and the new space the repair shop. I would run an I beam gantry between the two. I have a fork lift but in the winter its easier not to use it unless necessary. Like the channel, I m new to it so I ve got lots to learn! Ps Im not rich building the expansion on my sons garage,
