    As soon as the tape came out to measure a 25 inch fish, I guess everybody's got a TH-cam channel, second was the counting of the fish why are you counting 😂

    Any recommendations on how to retrieve the bucktail on the beach? I see that you are steady retrieving. Slow, fast, do you jig it? Thanks

    • @getreeling4513
      @getreeling4513  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It really depends on location and weight of the Bucktail .
      On the surf if it’s rough you can use a 3/4oz and retrieve it slow . But if your Bucktail hits the bottom right away then you need to pop it so it’s off bottom and retrieve fast.
      On this day I had a strong wind at my face and the waves were rough and with the bass in close I was using 1.5 to 2oz and just retrieved fast .
      The goal is to keep it just off the bottom

    If I was fishing like that at the beach I would have a light weight aluminum pole holder stuck in the sand to hold my pole while tending to fish, reels are expensive man !!

    Boga in the surf ?? Sissy. And dont stress that fish to much,thats too much time out of water, not many of these baby's out there .Respect the fish, not your experience catching it.

    your release of the first fish stopped me from watching anything else. Just throw them at the water in less than a foot of water and expect them to survive. Disgusting

    You should have thrown the bunker back in instead of leaving it there to die. Remember without the bait fish there's no stripper's or blues and etc.

    Why is it taking so long to land a micro and schoolie bass in that surf? You can bring the fish right to your feet , and it’s a bucktail why are you using a boga? My GF lips bigger bass than that… and is a lot less excited . Get a grip . Over a minute to grab and release a little fish. Inexperienced at its finest but go head YT guy tell me how to tie my knots .
