Gujarat model of city development is needed all over India. The transformation from filth, plague and dirt to a neat and planned city is mind boggling.
Great city but if you are saying this you haven't seen top 5 cities of india (I am not including Mumbai)

Vesu proper & vesu road(2nd half of video after 7min) is an over rated area,doesn't live up to it's posh expactations,the surroundings are much better. VIP road(covered in 1st half),canal road, vnsgu road, new citylight road,surat-airport-dumas road via athwalines-parlepoint-piplod, adajan L P Savani road, pal hazira road, new pal(linear garden) road are better,wider,cleaner & showcase many iconic places & real estate properties of Surat. Try to cover these if possible,people will be amazed!

The roads of Surat are way broader and cleaner!
Currently more than 20 floor building constructions are going on
But I think, Surat architects and builders must start constructing skyscrapers(more than 150m high) as because Diamond bourse will bring lot many Migrants and even the Foreigners, so for their Accommodations and Porsche lifestyle, Skyscrapers must be there!
One more Idea is... What if India's tallest skyscraper Named: Diamond Tower, RISE in Surat?
That will define Surat!
I worked in Surat for 2 years.
I used to search for Non vegetarian restaurants in entire city.
There is no bar as well.

@@soundar4270 oooooooooo bro, Surat Was just the Sun, Diamond and Textile city During that time, it wasn't even a clean city, There were very few restaurants during that time, after 2012 slowly the development started and increased gradually and after 2015, the development increased drastically

I notice nobody wears helmet in Gujrat.
Because Gujarat govt. made it not mandatory to wear helmet inside the city limits. Then tried to make U turn in court. Regressive mindset.

Many buildings are in construction on that road. It gets dirty everytime.
And you have not seen the development and progress their. Belive me, 3-4 years ago this area was not so much developed. They have made a 3 lane both way road into 15 lane road that has Brts + 3 lane road + 2 lane service lane + footpath each side. I have seen the development in past 5-7 yr with my own eyes
