@@project130r i love it too! drives amazingly. i just think its time for a different car. I've had a 4G TL for 9 years. Just need to find a good home for it.
Such a cool meetup! Glad to see the RSX has gone to a good owner who is obviously taking care of it! I’ll have to give Ray’s Reviews a watch - looking forward to checking it out. That 2012 Accord coupe - definitely brought back some memories (sniffles). Kudos to the owner for keeping it in such good shape!
Acura Man - Liked your whole adventure with your young friend, nice cars. Loved taking us to all those locations of those classic movies, loved each one of them. Great video, Dave from El Paso
Tyson, shot out from Greg in Madison, I wish I would have known you were in the area I would have stopped by with my 94 Acura Legend 6 speed coupe. If you remember you are the reason I ended up with the Legend over the green Integra from Dallas I think your friend in Utah ended up with.
Wow, yes! It's great to hear from you again. Hit me up with an email and let me know what you're up to. I seem to recall you also having a Cherokee and/or an Element. Hope summer is treating you well.
That's funny. I was like.. when is he going to show the home alone house? Oh there it is!! That PMC is absolute perfection, Long Beach blue is definitely my favorite from the color palette on the PMC congrats on the car to Ray and the family enjoy it!
Wish I knew about this, I'm just down the road in Des Plaines (next to ORD). Based on the cicada noise, im guessing this was a week or so ago. Those things have finally dissipated here since then thankfully, and I can once again crack the windows without fear of trespass.
Great video. Nice tour of the North Shore suburbs. So beautiful up there. The cicadas are truly crazy. Where I live on the north side of the city, we don’t have any this year. Thank goodness!
Great video as usual. I would love to see the Planes, Trains and Automobiles house. Even though it’s just really at the end of the film, what a scene it is. My family’s tradition is to watch that every Thanksgiving. I think I can quote the entire thing!
Thanks Erik! Yes this was simply a lunch meet-up, and it was enough work to try and remember all my IL people, let alone surrounding states. Haha. We will cross paths soon I hope!
Too bad the first video you had taken stopped, I got cut out. ☹️. My car is an EXL because it has a leather interior as opposed to cloth in the EX which you said in the reshoot. There aren’t any exterior visual clues to tell the difference though, only on the V6 models. Didn’t know you were going to interview us, otherwise I would’ve said more about my Honda. And I was nervous meeting you and everyone for the first time. Hope we can do this again!
I wished I could have been there. I live 15 minutes north of Northbrook. I would have never imagined you would be visiting the Chicago area and been so close to me. Would have been nice to meet you and see these vehicles. I have never seen any of these on the road when I am out and about but with our salty winter roads, I am sure these only get driven in the Summer here. Great content as always. Hope you enjoy your stay in our area.
Thank you! Did not realize you were in that area, and I guess I don't have your contact info either. It was a great visit - back to the desert heat now!
Had I known you were going to Chicago IL I would have joined you there in one of my Acuras. I'm in the next state over in Missouri. Also the Cicadas are gone now,it's quiet again.
Ray, does your family want to "adopt" my '12 TL SH-AWD 6MT? It's for sale! LOL
Another rare acura. Less than 1300 were made with the 6 speed manual.
That's definitely on my list hahaha. Not in the cards right now though
I want that tooooo! Haha
Love those! Very underrated cars.

Awesome video! Cool cars and some great sightseeing.
Thanks Mark!
Fun times in Chicago. Ironic to be there on the same weekend. Skydeck was a place we visited too. Not a fan of heights but that was a fun experience

You bet, no worries! Trips like this are often on a tight schedule, for sure. Glad you could film the experience!

@@TysonHugie Sunset Ridge Road where you driving the TLX is fairly bumpy so a great road to test the suspension 😂

Did y’all see that red MDX back there though?
I must have missed it! They should have been included as an honorable mention
John Candy was the best!
Agreed, love his stuff
Fun stuff! What is Ray's channel? The link isn't working right now.
See if this one works! www.youtube.com/@rayreviewscars
Hmmm, I wonder how many mustangs you sold because of those great reinactments?
Haha, Hertz hooked us up with a decent rental.
If I had known about this would have brought my car out. I actually played cricket against that Indian guy that drives the silver rsx.
