That "shark pond" is disgusting. Such a disappointment that people have no regard for living creatures. You shouldn't have those sharks to begin with but moreover that "pond" is too small.

There's absolutely no need for a shark tank or pond. Yah it might seem cool, but it's not. Sharks belong in the ocean, not as pets. I wouldn't even want koi fish. Other than that, I'm very impressed with the house.
There's quite a lot of negative comments about the shark tank and indeed, it kind of feel ridiculous and useless. But come on, the rest is mighty fine! I usually have a very strong dislike for these moderns Beverly Hill houses, I feel like their design is soulless, show-off, and generally tasteless. This one however felt like an actual home to live in, not a several-thousand-square-foot-second-class art piece! The main floor living area were cozy and the u-shape thing made it really practical! The view is quite great as well!
The interior needs some work, but the location is prime and worth the investment.
u can build this house for 8 million or less, the rest of the money is for the stupid location, which by the way is a desert., with some of the worst traffic congestions in the world.

if you go on zillow.com and you search up the address of the house you can see the schools near this house. the nearest schools are West Hollywood elementary, Hurbert Howe Bancroft middle school and Fairfax Senior High
