Nice to see you back making videos again love all your content if possible I am interested in silicone mask making you did a video using Patrick's noggin but I am interested in how the core mold and the shell was constructed if possible sounds like a great video

Good information and a well shot video, but you need to sort out your volume normalization. This one was far too quiet.

I saw the bubbles on the back of the piece form before it set. Is it ok to remove those with heat or is there a better way?

A light spray of 2500 mold release can be used to break up bubbles like this and get a super smooth surface, but since this emblem will need to be glued down later, release residue is no bueno. This being the back of the piece it really isn't an issue.

@@brickintheyarddo you have a good recommendation for the best adhesive to use on this material? Reliable enough for it to not come off so easily?

How do you apply into the fabric?

I have customers that use a variety of methods to do that unfortunately, that is not my area of expertise. A stong adhesive like Gorilla glue or fabric adhesive would probably be a good place to start. Some rubbers are soft enough to possibly be sewn into a costume.

it can be possible to use the same rubber to apply between the pice and the fabric? for example

@@ghosthawk81 I have not tried that, but CF is very adhesive so it’s worth a try!
