One of the best scenes with Jessa and Adam ♥ This is a scene of the 7th episode in season 5. Jessa: Jemima Kirke Adam: Adam Driver *I do not own anything. All rights belong to the creators of the show.
this scene broke my heart, especially later when adam and jessa walk away together - you can tell jessa felt *really* conflicted, I love this show sooo much
I’m I the only one who thinks this is fucked up?! Her best friend and ex! Right in front of her then that have the nerve to walk off together!! Hell naw
Love this scene. Because as good as the Adam/Hannah love story was it was always misfit and toxic. Adam and Jenna (post rehab and grounded) are perfect for each other. Also appreciate the references to classic film in this season, rear window, on the waterfront (Charlie in S5E6).
I was really attached to Hannah and Adam, and watching Adam and Jenna hineakry made me upset. I feel like Hannah had been a bit more mature and grounded, and Adam been a bit less impulsive they could have made it. Jenna, as much as I like her, and as "cuter" as she was with Adam, always felt like she never understood him. The two didn't seem to get one another. What jumps out to me is when in the last season Adam made the movie about Hannah and Jenna was confused ad to why it's so emotional and said "you were in a bad relationship and then you met me", it showed she never understood why Hannah and Adam were a thing jn the first place, and was just framing it in her head hiw she wanted it to be to justify dating her friends ex to herself.
I think Adam and Jessa were great together, it's just shooting that film must have made her head spin. She always thought they (Hannah and Adam) had a bizarre, non-loving, fucked up relationship but in working on that film she saw just how deeply Adam loved her and it scared the shit out of her. I wouldn't been keen on shooting those scenes either. @@emmabennett7699

Jessa saw was a shitty friend.
I would say this show was so underrated, but no, we were nuts for it and knew the beauty/complexity of it even while it was airing.
jemima looks so gorgeous here

Interesting. I always felt the opposite.

Jessa, it's Jessa.
Okay, but Jessa looked so in love!
Yes painful but will say I was never more happy on Jesse and Adam together a lot more than I thought I would happen at all.
