Great little video, as usual and nice to see that you are taking the time to check the new 2024 TBI model changes for us. I noticed that you changed the brake pedal pad already. May I ask what aftermarket brand you installed?
Pleased to hear that you enjoyed the video. The brake tip is a titanium one made by Pro-Pegs. I have used the same model tip on all my bike for about 4 years now and really like the design and grip. The teeth stay sharp and I haven't managed to break, or bend one so far. Unfortunately not cheap though...
I think a good service interval for the clutch dampers is about 100H. You can run them longer, but slop will become much larger. I'd say about 200H max.
The 2024 use a new part number starter motor (A44040201000). I don't have a spare one yet so don't know how it compares in size to the old starter motor.
yeah, good they didn't change clutch internals cause KTM clutch was bulletproof in my experience. 600 hours on my 500 exc-f and still original clutch,

Really like these 2024 models, but still torn between tbi and a 4T…
How many hours do you typically get out of the stock dampers?
