As it should be. After all our grandparents came of age during WW2. They were badass, peace be upon them.
The original song is from the game before this one (Nier: Replicant). It is called Grandma (or Obachan in Japanese) and this video is a remix of it.

Probably the most perfect female character in any video game. Not a Mary Sue, not a damsel, not a sexualized figure… a tough and hardened warrior stuck in her never ending cycle of life and death with a desire of some change in possibility… despite knowing it’ll never come true.
