It always confuses me when reviewers do a review on some really budget earpiece and go the plastic doesnt feel premium... I dunno bro, do you walk into a budget resto and say hmm, the deco and ambient doesn't feel michelin?
No, but wouldn't it have been nice if the plastic/build quality was outstanding for the price? The plastic isn't terrible by any means, but it feels slightly cheap and hollow, and thats the reality and that's also perfectly fine for the price like you are saying. There's also plenty of budget headphones that have excellent build quality, and from my standpoint as a reviewer I'll say it like it is. Then theres the other side like with Beats Studio Pros retailing for $350 and it has a very cheap plasticky build quality as well which i also said repeatedly in my reviews. Again, just saying how it is. Going back to the Edifier though I never had an issue with the build, I just didn't like the sound!
Thanks for watching! This is actually my first pair of headphones from Edifier so unfortunately I can't compare them based on first hand experience, but they look pretty similar. The battery life seems to be a big improvement from the 820 plus based on the specs
does this support aux out/wired mode via type c to type c for use like with a tablet or phone? tysm 🙏🏼
From other reviews, it does support c to c aux
Have you tested the w820nb or w820nb plus? I would like to know if the w820nb/plus has more bass than the w830nb, if you know how to say, thank you
This one was actually my first time trying a headphone from Edifier, so unfortunately I can't compare to their other models 😕

Great video! Do you think these are worth purchasing over the old W820NB Plus? Still thinking on it since the W830NB earpads are non-removable
