With Omen, Tp while you're falling down the window, time the moment you hit the ground, you instantly end animation. You might be able to move faster than chamber after the tp 😉 Or try to put the tp on the edge of the window as chamber
It could work... If Omen had 3-4 teleports... You have better chances using it to get to an extremely high place that could kill you in 2 jumps but I can't think of such a place without using Abyss bugs (that are also mostly post buy phase)

sprinting to whatever spot is a pretty big time save. its not about the ability usage it's about the total time.
