I can't believe Hans Zimmer won just 2 Oscar in 12 nominations for this category....

The Oscars voters have a better opinion than anybody else, and I trust them. The Lion King and has Dune (2021 film) has great music score.

Bernard Hermann was robbed in 1960, for Psycho.

Что поделать, критики до интервью Хичкока и Трюффо относились к первому с занижением его достижений. Кроме может быть "Ребекки".

Hard to imagine Exxodus has a better score than Psycho though.

I was looking for a song on the internet but I couldn't find the lyrics
I don't remember the song well, but there seem to be examples that are close to the song I'm looking for, and it's very similar to the melody of the music I'm looking for.
The beginning of the song's music is very similar. At the beginning, it is very similar to the melody of the song's music that I am searching for.
The instrumentation of the beginning of the song's music is almost very similar to the beginning of the song that I am looking for
I heard the song on a cassette tape in 2002. It is an American song and it seems to be a band.
There are examples that are very close to and very similar to the melody performed at the beginning of the music I am looking for
    First example:
Example title music / 20th Century Revolution
    Artist / Graham De Wilde
The song I'm looking for is very similar to the beginning melody of the 20th Century Revolution music performance
Focus well and listen to the seconds in the melody of the beginning of the music
Listen from the beginning of the 25th second to the end of the 50th second

Song name: Galleon Remix (Philippe Laurent from
Focus well and listen to the seconds in the melody of the beginning of the music
Second 1 to the end of second 16

    Third example:
There is a great similarity in the melody of the music performance that I am looking for
    Song name: Mystikal Fever
    Artist / Mystikal
Focus and listen carefully for a few seconds
The beginning of the 10th second until the end of the 20th second
    Song link: th-cam.com/video/l7eyGA9gEqQ/w-d-xo.html
    Fourth example
There is a great similarity in the melody of the music performance, and I think it is the closest in melody to the song that I was looking for but did not find.
Song name / Case Of. The
    Artist / Mya
Focus and listen carefully for a few seconds
The beginning of second 1 to the end of second 18

I think John Williams has been robbed so many times. The fact Empire Strikes Back, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, Empire of the Sun, The Reivers, Superman, The Phantom Menace or ROTS not getting nominated or winning. Also Chariots of Fire beating Raiders of the Lost Ark is wild. Nixon not getting picked for The Postman, or Saving Private Ryan losing against Life is Beautiful is also silly. The Patriot not winning as well or War Horse another great John Williams soundtrack. He has been criminally robbed, there is a reason he has been nominated so many times. Also how did How To Train Your Dragon by John Powell lose to The Social Network?!? Or The Ten Commandments by Elmer Bernstein!! The countless Miklos Rozsa scores robbed as well. The Mission by Morricone should have won. The Oscars are such a joke...

A good movie, but not a masterpiece

My personal pick is Minari. Although, Soul’s score is a much better score than Tret Reznor and Atticus Ross’s first Oscar winning score which I thought was fine but nothing special. The score that I think should have won over The Social Network is John Powell for How to Train Your Dragon.
