He is a phenomenal guitar player, and I love how he , they keep the culture of the blue grass going. I never was one for country and western music but I groove on Blue Grass. My parents traveled America to festivals, and loved the respect they got as elderly people. Mom even commented how they offered to share their home rolled cigarettes with them. Lmaooooo! First I've seen this video. It touches on a few really good points. Kids for some reason love to watch fighting and drawing blood and using bad language. Mom by herself and the dad not around. As you probably experienced, our kind and music get rejected and put down everywhere bit the south and sometimes even in the south. I have prayed for newer more exciting bluegrass for at least 15 years now, even though i can sound like anyone, ed seen the same old songs get boring. Found dust in a baggie this past November on black Friday, 2018. I was have a creamy day myself, trying to stay up all day even though i cooked all night the night before. Cracked me tf up, been hooked on your music ever since. Got you some new and more fans too. Dad loves ya. It was only around 69-70 where he realized he could make more money playing an hour festival slot vs a week long residency at The Blue Note. Coltrane??? What fucking planet are you on? There was NEVER any influence by popular music in his playing. ZERO. But keep making shit up as you go along here
