Overall might be the best song they've ever recorded- from the songwriting to the musicianship to the fairly rare (in today's music) break and then "epilogue". One of the best lyrics in music in years that expresses the hopeless exercise that can be trying to leave someone/something behind especially if you're still or return to the physical area its rooted in - "I can't erase the memories...and I can't burn the whole place down.....". A+ all the way

I love this song! I hate the fact that the radio plays a shorter version of this song. The ending is my favorite part and they cut it off. I like my music the way the artists record it, not how some executive thinks it should sound on air.
A great song...reminds me (and I imagine many other people, too) of that "first love" that never truly leaves our memory. We may move on and fall in deeper and more fulfilling love with other people--but that "first love" always holds a spot in our hearts, as much as we sometimes wish we could forget them entirely.

I've been trying to find others who have her powerful, majestic sound and finally found (after three weeks) this band called The Irvin Band. They are fantastic because they have Antebellum's beautiful and sad qualities but with a unique twist. To hear them, type in THE IRVIN BAND MORNING RAIN and THE IRVIN BAND THE GARDENER. You will not regret it, as the irvin band is fantastic. Now that's real country.
