Time to go for a walk in the woods today and definitely retain my humanity- (In all seriousness, the art looks stellar and the playlist is immaculate!) - Edit: Actually I'm curious now, what tools/layer settings/brushes did you use to make the glow for the Lord of the Mountain's symbols, and the overall glow surrounding its silhouette?
There are a bunch of ways you can fake a glow like that. The simplest in most drawing programs is to duplicate the flat colour layer, put it underneath everything, and then blur it (either using a blur brush, or more commonly, settings for a Gaussian blur). Though, now that I look at it again, the symbols and the antlers both have their glows over their colour layer. If the glow is too small after you gaussian blur it, you can instead make the colour area much larger (select the colours and extend the selection, then either fill with bucket or by hand if there are multiple colours) and then gaussian blur *that* . Another way would be to draw the outline by hand using an airbrush! But that is less likely to have such a uniform size. Hope that helps you!
I pretty much did exactly what @verdantforests described (duplicated a flat color layer and added a gaussian blur effect). For the antlers, I did the same thing, except I put the blur layer on top. I might have lowered the opacity a bit too.
