So point your laser at the target… and yes i think i flick wrist too early. My real issue is returning serves forehand cross ct deuce side - should i just block it?
I hit open and semi.open, but it seems to have some mental block. Its like inam trying to aim at the corner of the service line hitting into the net more times than not
This is great information but you filmed this terribly. Never did you show any mechanics related to the topic video. “Cross court” The perception should be hitting it cross court. So when you say “towards your target” you shouldn’t be pointing back to the camera. Chest should not be at the camera. Foot mechanics should not be towards camera. Everything should be directed cross court. The beginners that are watching this video aren’t gonna take away what you intended. Hope you receive this well cause it could make a huge difference in your content. And I’m not saying to set up the camera cross court and then start sound the same thing. Camera view is great. But mechanics in video are not clear to a newbie.
I think I do this and lock my hips on the return of serve in a doubles game. Nice tips Vinnie. 👍
How do you do a running forehand? All forehands are kind of running FH during a game.
Coming soon
Hey Doc,
Great info.
Does this apply to signal handed backhands as well.... aim with body first ?
I ordered the book for Thursday
