I remember his 75th win on TV. A diamond studded "75th" on the plaque they gave him. I think it was from Ford?? Or??.
Last time I seen Bob in-person was at the 2008 Street Car Super Nats in Vegas. Billy had prepped a small block Ford Nitrous motor for him in a Mustang I think. Bob went several rounds, then went out. Billy won the event. Billy was sponsored by Micky Thomson and raced the same car in Nhra PS that year, but without the nitrous, of course.
