When your using heavy strand matt get some resin onto the area before you lay the matt on that way you know it's all the way through. Ronnie Picarrdo taught me that when we were repairing funny cars. Also if you can afford it use S glass mat..
Ill keep that in mind, this was the first time ever i played with fiberglass and reain 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️. Overall though i am pleased it hasnt fell to pieces yet hahah
@@klegraefe For what you did regular mat is OK I was always taught that S glass was was a better product. then I watched Kyle Engineering vid on YT and he explained everything really well. Turns out that in some applications S Glass is better than Carbon Fiber...
