REDBULLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!! You did freakin awesome Lou!!! Epitome of perseverance!!
Mate I forgot to mention the Broofen addition to my breakfast of champions!!!!!! Love youuuu xxx
Some days you just have to be happy and proud to finish. This was one. Congratulations
Amazing effort, the wind looked brutal and riding solo must have made it extremely difficult. I admire the effort and the positivity. Really well done.
Miss Lou, You did well by just doing it, and I am stoked. After last years injury, you are good. Not a big fan of the cold and wind.
Nothing to be ashamed about. You did your best and left everything on the course. Go home, keep training, and prepare for the next race. We’ll all be cheering for you.
Thanks so much for the kind words!!!
Wonderful footage, I think this race will go down as one of the toughest in my memory....well done, great racing.
Thanks Caroline! Certainly has been pretty eventful!!! Congrats on your podium! xxx
Un-neutralized zone down in the Turkish Wind Tunnel !
Unfavourable conditions, local cats working together, slipstreaming, "dovetailing" taking turns to get some respite from the wind ! :) Km's / miles banked on the road to 2024, that nasty injury further in the rear view mirror.
Well done Lou

You're 100% spot on with that, thank you so much. 💗💗💗

Well done 👍 coming back from injury is hard but broken hip and back riding within a year . Keep on going
Lou...so wonderful to follow your journeys with such down to earth commentary.
Thank you so much for the kind words!
I don't even want to walk in wind like that let alone race anyone. You did good 👍
Hey Lou. You should be super proud of what you achieved in that race. Without the injury I’m sure you would have qualified easily. Don’t be too hard on yourself and don’t forget we are all behind you. Until the next time….
Thanks for the kind words!!!
You were brilliant Lou. Very inspirational
Thanks so much!!
Both proud and happy for you persevering through such a gut-wrenching race. With such wind, maybe "foamy saddle" would have been a game-changing tactic.
hahaha you're never going to let me forget foaming at the saddle are you? 😂😂😂
So well done, with a team of 1. (+ Rob) That start looked chaotic.
Mate it was MENTAL!!!!
Hey you did brilliant as you turned up with a cold but battled through the wind and rode a great 4th. Well done 👏
you got it done awesome. lessons learnt makes you wiser and stronger.........
You gave it your all and you didn’t bail when the result you wanted disappeared ahead in the distance. That’s more than many would have done in those conditions and that situation. I know you must be absolutely gutted, but I think you should be proud of what you achieved. As you said, a year ago you couldn’t walk, and there’s more than enough people who never get back to a competitive level after an injury like that. You rock, Lou!
Thank you so so much. Always so supportive and understanding, I really appreciate it! 💗💗💗
Keep that chin up, Lou!
Glad to see you riding hard again.
Good job! Admire your determination to come back from your injury!🤙😁🚲
I think you made a remarkable achievement. Well done! 👍😀
Lets go Lou
Hold off on that decision about another qualifier. Never know if you will find the right course and right riding partners. Emotions run high after an event. Take some time...
Quite amazing that less than a year ago you were hobbling on crutches while you supported Francis and Justin. Really glad you shared this journey with us...TdF Femmes 2024...
❤🚴♂️❤
Thank you so much Jim. You’re so right. Appreciate all the kind words and support you send my way! 💖💖💖
Lou I think you should be very proud of yourself, just look at where you were this time last year. Onwards and Upwards
Sorry it didn't turn out how you had hoped, but you gave it your all. Can't be too hard on yourself.
You Did a great job ,cannot compete against others teaming up , for me that is cheating ,especially when the men work with women , Super work Lou , especially coming back from your injury not tgat long ago👍
Thank you for the kind words. Yes, they were cheating, More info to follow on that!!!!
You did all you could, I'm super proud of you. Don't forget karma has no deadline...
Thanks bruv, love you xxx
I feel so frustrated for you, nothing more demoralising as those kinds of winds but you still did bloody brilliant - if you had a team like the others did you’d have been right up there where you belong. Surely they where cheating technically! That start as well, what were they thinking. Thanks for bringing us with you ❤
Thanks for the kinds words! Yep definitely cheated and more info to follow on that!
Hi Lou, I love your videos, please chat to your husband in the new year about your plans and goals for 2024, I like it when you tour around the world on your bike with husband is your driver and coach? I wish you and your family all the best. Love Ianwood. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💋💋🇬🇧 PS: Please let your husband read this. You two are a team.
Thank you! Yes Rob is the best and I couldn't do any of this without him! He's not my coach but he comes with me to all my races and drives me and my team mates around France every summer for the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift. We need to plan next year's adventures for sure! 💗💗💗
Hi Lou, Thank you for your nice message. Love Ianwood. Please can catch up with Katie for a ride and a chat Lou
You could do with losing a few pounds
What gives you the right to think it’s ok to say something like that?
@@ChrisHallRides you not happy about it ?
Are you ok? Why are you advising me on what weight you think I should be?
I think you look great @MyLouTube and smash it on the bike. Keep up the good work. 💪💪🚴🚴
Hey @grahamelliott6041 - you could do with being less offensive to strangers.
