@@rajoosolanky780 actually no, I don't have to thank god for it, I actually tried 2-3 different service centres in Delhi, I found the one and i do not change my service advisor at every service, i go specifically to the same guy and he gets the job done everytime. So god had no part in it, it's just a little bit of smart work and common sense.
Maintenance is the main thing that will cost you it doesn't matter ...if you thing you buy a car and not maintenance you till 5-8 yrs it's not possible.. *Go for safety features in the car TaTa built very good and crash test also prove it...

Tata ko zaroorat hai ek Nexa jaisi strategy ki. Premium dealerships aur Premium Service centre chahiye Nayi gaadiyo ke liye. Poor Service Satisfaction ki wajah se inki gaadiya nahi bik rahi.
Bhai inke paas Jaguar aur Land Rover jaise brand pahle se hai ek naya sub brand banane ka matlab hoga ki lagbhag ek nayi company jaisa kharch ho jayega, isse accha hai ki apne dealer ko hi tight rakhe. Logo ke feedback sune aur uspe kaam kare. Majority sirf service related complaint hi karti hai usko improve karna koi bahut bada kaam nahi hai.
Tata ki sales maruti or nexa ki jaisi 20000 units (ek hi gaadi ke) jaisi nhi har mahine ek sub brand kholne ke liye atleast demand and cashflow hona chahiye par tata ki 10000 units (sare model milake) hi maximum hai ,unka ek hi ilaaj hai apna service ko improve nhi toh aage saalo me tata ko hi problem hoga
After appreciating the whole video, I think people do research before they buy or invest in anything. Tata tiago is also our first car and miles far ahead than any car of same segment. There had been few issues with earlier model, no doubt, but tata has fixed it over time. Additionally, most manufacturers are bundling 3 cyl engines, even the new polo too. This is just to balance performance and growth.
Maruti ki bulid quality thodi halki hai but engine is very very smooth as compared with Tata.....I have two cars from Maruti and I am fully satisfied with that and service is also very gud.....

Bhai mere pass Tigor 2018 model hai, 97k run in two years, excelent drive, handling, driver confidence on driving, but have issues in service. Agreed with the bhai you interviewed. Rest, its best in class.
I have also faced the same problem. They will never say if there is any problem with any part. They will try to hide all the problems. And They will disclose all issues only after end of warranty period.
This is also the case with another Indian company - Royal Enfield. Though it is a motorbike company, I have had similar experience. ,"Pura din nikal jaata hai aur problem solve nai hoti "

I am from Assam, own a Tiago NRG model and recently I complained to Tata parent company against the dealer. I agree on many points with this guy. I like the car, but sometimes I feel the servicing people have no idea what problem they are dealing with the vehicle and majorly can't sort out issues. And the service dealer called saying exactly the same "apne hamari complain kr d".
Indian Venue is based on santro platform unstable structure and 2 star safety rating. Nexon is safest comes with electronic stability control traction control and hill hold control from even base model nexon xma diesel is best only option in diesel automatic in mini suv segment instead of features gimmick amt most usable feature for hassle free driving.
This guy has done major modification in car like tyre size, power window etc, which is strongly not recommended by OEM, then he is complaining about issue..pls keep it mind, during desing of a car there are many calculations has been done by OEM, if you will do any modifications, chances of issue will get increase and this guy has change most critical part which is tyres. i would like to request to channel admin, you should highlight such points also during video, that will help to educate customers.

Bhai log, sare Ford ki achaee kar rahe ho, sahi hai, par unke service center pe kitna work load hai in comparision to maruti and Tata or hyundai on weekends 'generally'. Mere pas bhi Tiago hai, 2019 Dec me li hai and I agree Tata ki service bekaar hai not just because of only service center but also Tata's quality check. All kind of rattling sounds, stearing feedback issues, train like sound near silencer if AC compressor gets on, which all are very much present in every Tiago and Tata doesn't care. So I would say every car manufacturer has either higher price-lower issues or lower price-higher issues. As customer we just have to compromise on either way. Also finally it's individual call of comprise either on price or quality. Happy driving brothers.
If the car is well made or manufactured with stringent QC than you only need periodic Servicing as per Co. specified kms or time. If the car creates problems within a year. Than its manufacturing defects, but the service stn has limited experience or options & infrastructure to handle those problems. At the same time I have found most of their servicing staffs including supervisors are not so well trained to analyse or diagnose real problems. Hence on trial & error basis they keep on replacing parts & charge labour at our expenses. Thats the root problem with Tata's Service Stations.

Majority sirf service related complaint hi karti hai usko improve karna koi bahut bada kaam nahi hai.
Tata ki sales maruti or nexa ki jaisi 20000 units (ek hi gaadi ke) jaisi nhi har mahine ek sub brand kholne ke liye atleast demand and cashflow hona chahiye par tata ki 10000 units (sare model milake) hi maximum hai ,unka ek hi ilaaj hai apna service ko improve nhi toh aage saalo me tata ko hi problem hoga

After appreciating the whole video, I think people do research before they buy or invest in anything. Tata tiago is also our first car and miles far ahead than any car of same segment. There had been few issues with earlier model, no doubt, but tata has fixed it over time. Additionally, most manufacturers are bundling 3 cyl engines, even the new polo too. This is just to balance performance and growth.

Maruti ki bulid quality thodi halki hai but engine is very very smooth as compared with Tata.....I have two cars from Maruti and I am fully satisfied with that and service is also very gud.....
My tiago diesel xz variant is cross 2 lacs kilometre in 3 years I never had issue on service and reliability

Bhai mere pass Tigor 2018 model hai, 97k run in two years, excelent drive, handling, driver confidence on driving, but have issues in service. Agreed with the bhai you interviewed. Rest, its best in class.
I have also faced the same problem. They will never say if there is any problem with any part. They will try to hide all the problems. And They will disclose all issues only after end of warranty period.

I am from Assam, own a Tiago NRG model and recently I complained to Tata parent company against the dealer. I agree on many points with this guy. I like the car, but sometimes I feel the servicing people have no idea what problem they are dealing with the vehicle and majorly can't sort out issues. And the service dealer called saying exactly the same "apne hamari complain kr d".

Tata spare parts not available in market in delhi..Only in kashmiri gate mein milta hai.
This guy has done major modification in car like tyre size, power window etc, which is strongly not recommended by OEM, then he is complaining about issue..pls keep it mind, during desing of a car there are many calculations has been done by OEM, if you will do any modifications, chances of issue will get increase and this guy has change most critical part which is tyres.
i would like to request to channel admin, you should highlight such points also during video, that will help to educate customers.

Bhai log, sare Ford ki achaee kar rahe ho, sahi hai, par unke service center pe kitna work load hai in comparision to maruti and Tata or hyundai on weekends 'generally'. Mere pas bhi Tiago hai, 2019 Dec me li hai and I agree Tata ki service bekaar hai not just because of only service center but also Tata's quality check. All kind of rattling sounds, stearing feedback issues, train like sound near silencer if AC compressor gets on, which all are very much present in every Tiago and Tata doesn't care. So I would say every car manufacturer has either higher price-lower issues or lower price-higher issues. As customer we just have to compromise on either way.
Also finally it's individual call of comprise either on price or quality.

If the car is well made or manufactured with stringent QC than you only need periodic Servicing as per Co. specified kms or time. If the car creates problems within a year. Than its manufacturing defects, but the service stn has limited experience or options & infrastructure to handle those problems. At the same time I have found most of their servicing staffs including supervisors are not so well trained to analyse or diagnose real problems. Hence on trial & error basis they keep on replacing parts & charge labour at our expenses. Thats the root problem with Tata's Service Stations.
