    Hi Katja - thanks for the routine- the latter part of routine didn't work so well for me - felt a bit dizzy (which can happen to me with large ball sometimes) xx

      Good morning Barbara, I think the big ball is difficult to replace - some of it may work with a chair or the small ball. 🙏😊🙏

    How big does the ball have to be?

      65-75cm diameter. Make sure it's fully blown up and not too soft. 🙏😊🙏
