If roof stays under 100 runs beautiful 35 box temp this morning and purring like a kitten. Condenser coil cleaned numerous times recently with different methods. No water source on roof.
448A cooler 60 low side 303 high side outdoor dry bulb 104. 32 degrees super heat 31.7 degrees evaporator. LLT 117.4 SLT 64 sub cool -1.8 condenser keeps going off on high head new high pressure switch suppose to cut out at 400. If I spray condenser coil with pressurized sprayer unit comes on and will run until high side goes to 315 or more then cuts off. Box temp was 46 no frost fan running and solenoid open. Been fighting with this thing for days
Not to sound elementary here but it seems like you may just have a bad HPC. Have you jumped it and watched it run with gauges on it. If it’s dropping out at 320 instead of what it’s supposed to that’s one issue. I’d suspect it was legit high pressuring and blew the safety
"We still need you thaw out the ice, find the issue, drive to United and wait in line at united waiting to get served by burned out Elmer fudds and meet NTE within 2 hrs! We still have 4 more callas on you! And you still have to be up and running into he morning by 7am!"

You should have mentioned the refrigerant type I saw an orange can of r404a is it that
Put in a a421abd-02c with defrost and call it a day
