I know probably no one cares, but I have been having a rough time dealing with depression. Yesterday was my first day listening to classic music on a playlist, and there was this moment where the song “daydreaming” came out and I just couldn't stop crying, not because I was feeling sad but because I was feeling something I had never felt before. This man is amazing.

I used to listen to this and sit in my living room in the afternoon, a glass of "old plum" in hand to watch my plants grow, they were healthy plants! I think my plants liked this music too !

Jesus is with you and promised never to leave you....ever! More than anything else, He’s your source, your hope, your strength, your support, your very life. Run to Him and find that He will walk with you through life and will ease your heartache and overcome the darkness that’s overshadowing you. He IS greater. This music helps me. Helps me forget what's going on in my life. Because honestly, my life SUCKS right now. MY youngest sister, who is only nine years old, broke her neck in a car accident that me and some of my other siblings were in. So now she's in the hospital, and she could come hme not able to breath on her own nor eat on her own. And on top of that, Mom has been in the hospital for eight weeks because of a perferated colon. The hospital they're in (they are in the same one) is an hour away from home and we aren't allowed to visit them because of the virus. So, this music helps me a LOT!!! Thank You Luke Faulkner for this AMAZING music!!!B HAve a good day!

This is SO beautiful, and I love the choice of musicians - many I hadn't heard before, some old friends. Halidon introduced me to Luke Faulkner, and bless you, he's a treat. Inspires me to dance in ways that release challenging energies, moving emotion through motion through and out of the body. Never run from your darker and more difficult feelings - they too have gifts when we sit with them in somatic tracking, or transform our trauma into art through music, visual art, dancing ,or theatre. Music makes us stronger, energizes, calms, and heals all at once. A universal language!

I was having depression since I delivered my kids. At the beginning, I didn’t realize that is the case. Until I found out my partner cheated on me. I realized all my bad emotions all collected somehow, and keep hurting someone I don’t realize. Also myself. But at that time nothing I can do, only healing all by myself. Music is a very mysterious reason to make you cry, laugh and cure. No Bounday of countries, nations, languages. Only love of our heart deeply. Hope you are the one to get the power, and give the power to someone, maybe just a stranger.
I wish you peace. Don't take out your frustrations on anyone especially children. Not saying you are, but your message was a little concerning. Talk to someone about your feelings right away. It will help you and those you love. Your family deserves a peaceful life too. Best of luck to you.
