As someone said, get the signs up QUICK!!
And trail cams
Spray the top couple inches of the fence posts with bright purple paint. Purple fence posts indicate no trespassing.
There are regulations as to how to mark and they are different in every state.
A few land mine signs might descourage as well
As a city slicker , I did not know , thanks for info !
THATS A FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER HEARD OF THIS.. a Bright hi viz green back board with hi viz day glo orange sign that says no tree spacing works for me! 😳 whaa ya say what’s not spelled right TRES PASSING YOU MEAN! What’s TRES IN ESPANOL? 3 DUMass you wanna allow more than 3 or less than 3 to pass?? Remember in law it’s all about how it’s written
I wish our state had that law;) this video is our first impression of any activity in YEARS, one mile back in the woods. It’s intriguing and of course we are curious. I would like to meet the Neighbors;)
If it is on their property nothing U can do about it.
Exactly
Yes. And there is nothing weird in building a road next to the property line in your own land. It minimises waste land.
Fire Break hopefully, but the LLC leave me with questions.
Beautiful sunset✌️
@@mikapeltokorpi7671it depends on what codes are int that state or county, the reason is they can aid in preventing property disputes, because some places require so many feet on both sides of a road to prevent the possibility of an unknown easement on their land. States or county agencies usually are the ones that make fire cuts not the land owners.
Make sure that fence is on your property or theirs. If you put a fence in you usually offset it to be on your property not right on the lot line because over the years surveyor lines can be off because of technology of surveyors equipment being more accurate.
You can go to the land office and see who purchased the land and depending what they are doing may have had to file for permits to do the work.
Might need to get security cameras and no trespassing signs.
I’ve had trouble with trespassing deer hunters even setting up deer stands within our woods. I was hunting and all of a sudden I had four “Hunters” coming up on me on my land.
They said they were tracking a wounded deer. Not true! I could hear them talking way back. They were trying to line drive and jump deer.
They would have just shot at any deer and could have killed me.
I took pictures of their back tags and told them that they had no business on my land. They said so-n-so said they could hunt there. I told them that So-n-So doesn’t own the land so had no authority to tell them they could hunt on this property. They started getting nasty so I stood up and told them to get off the property or I was going to call the Game Warden.
They then told me they would just go down my hill and on my crop land and return back onto the land behind mine.
I told them no they will not! Go back exactly as they came and don’t return or they would be arrested.
They begrudgingly turned around and left. I called the Warden and explained what happened and gave him their tag numbers so I would have record of the encounter. (Pictures speak Louder than Words)
I knew the Wardens in the area because I’ve worked with them on conservation projects. Kept them informed on the Albino deer and a few mangy coyotes. Had a few acres in Conservation Reserve Program so got to know them and they were nice guys. They have a lot of useful information.
Hope everything works out for you.
Hope they aren’t opening a hunting preserve and have paid hunts. Watch out for flying bullets if they do.
God Bless.
It seems as though the farther you go from YOUR house, the closer you get to someone else’s. Funny how that works…
Typical fire break dozing. But yea....time for the no trespassing signs now that access will be easier
I’m going through the same thing right now. The difference is a couple hillbillies are doing the stripping and loading station right by my house while they surround my property with the logging. They started off telling me that they couldn’t log the property without going through my property. When I refused, they retaliated.
That's infuriating!
We bought our property from an older gentleman who owned 40 acres and an old homestead. He split it up and sold off 30 to someone from the city and for 15 years, they basically had it all to themselves. After we bought the original homestead with the 10 extra acres, they started being really nasty to us and constantly asking us what we were doing on OUR property. We moved here to have peace but the part-timers next door are making this place a nightmare for us! My husband served in the military and was a police officer for years, so he doesn’t deserve their treatment. We have turned a blinded eye to all of their attacks and will continue to do so. My advice to you two, “Don’t be jerks to someone who bought the property behind you.” If you wanted it so bad, you should have bought it! Other people deserve peace too!
I’m never a jerk to anyone. I have never spoke to them, I mention that in the video, how I have reached out and would love to speak to them. It’s always great to know your neighbors!
Just bc your husband was a cop doesn't make him anything special. I'm just saying. He was probably crooked anyway,. They ALL are.
You are disrespectful and not understanding. Her point is he is a highly respectable person. Society, that has served the innocent public. If you hate cops that’s your thing but you might not watch ANY OKLAHOMA TH-camrs. We support our Country.
What an odd thing to say. At no time were this couple jerks to their neighbours. They don't seem the type to ever be. Giving advice that isn't requested or isn't even required can be interpreted as being rude.
@@jamierupert7563 A hole !
Our neighbors recently did that clearing the fence line for cattle, but they let us know beforehand
which they didnt need to do unless you are a left side right side state. which on farm land one owner gets half the fence the other side to the other owner
It's a boundary cut ,for the purpose of knowing without a doubt where the property ends and or begins
Put cameras up maybe you can identify trucks
If I had bought that property first thing I would have done too. Find the boundary fences. Back clean. Smart move for them.
I agree its their property and they have a right to clear the fence line on their side.
Fire break is what I was thinking! 🙏
Fire can jump a highway. It can jump that dirt road
A lot of so called fire breaks are more to give firefighters faster easer access to fire prone areas. @@bobjohnston5527
@bobjohnston5527 it's a way to slow it down and I've seen them stop a big fire before . I watched the forestry service contain a fire with nothing but a bulldozer on a part of our hunting lease many years ago it burned about 20 acres vs the thousands it could have.
I mean I don’t know why people think they can just bulldoze and cut down trees on their own property. What makes them think they can do that? 😂😂😂
I didn’t say that… I think it would be great to meet them, and if it’s a fire break, thank them.
Boom! Truth
I would highly recommend having a full survey done for your property. This helps ensure everyone stays to their own
They should have had the survey done before buying
This will be interesting to follow up on. Thanks for sharing ❤
Thanks for the ride, love nature.😘
Awesome sunset Thanks., Stay Blessed 😇🙏🙏🙏.
Thank you for sharing ❤
Absolutely gorgeous sunset!!! Ahhhh precious couple time!!!! Loooove u guys!!!!!
Looks like they are cutting a path for new High Tension Power Lines.
You had better go down through there and put up no trespassing signs, that way, if you do have trespassers, you can hold them liable!! Without them signs at least in OHIO, YOU haven’t the right to sue them if need be, because these people don’t know if their trespassing or not !!
If you cross a fence, and you know it's not your fence, you know you're trespassing!
@@ericpl7227 no kidding, they didn’t see the fence line when they were making the path,it was more then likely covered by brush !!
@user-jl8yy5ir7s in OHIO YOU DO, OR BOUNDARY MARKERS !!
I´m so glad that in our Fennoscandinavian countries people can wonder free where ever they want in the woods no matter who owns it and we don´t have this strict rule of "no trespassing on our property".
Want to know why we put up no trespassing signs to keep people off the property? One, it's OUR property, not yours. You're not entitled to something you don't own. Secondly, if someone gets hurt on your property, they can sue you. So, if no trespassing signs are in place and they enter unlawfully and get hurt, that means they were in the act of committing a crime and are not protected by your insurance. That's why. But please, continue thinking you people are a utopia when you're not much more than brainwashed socialists too ignorant to see it
Right now in my yard , I have a large mulberry tree full of mulberries. They are full of vitamin C. They are starting to ripen. This is the end of April. For trespassers put up no trespassing signs, posted signs.
3 DEER, WILD BLACKBERRIES, PETER PAN SUPREMAN, FIRE BREAK, JEREMY BRUSH CUT IT! I'm new, what ate the comments for?
Beautiful sunset.
Just simply luvin yous..your channel !!😊❤😊
That was a fast sunset. Absolutely loved going along with you. Enjoyed seeing your property, sure hope that is a fire break. Love your videos. ❤❤❤
Wowzee guys I could still hear thru out your video!! Just absolutely gorgeous land u guys have!!!!
Wow! What a beautiful sunset
wow that black berry area was so great.
easiest way to pick blackberrys is to back a trailer into the bushes and pick all you can reach, then move the trailer.
Thank you for the sunset it was nice
I own 17 acres, and I'm surrounded by canola fields for days. Closest neighbors are 3kms away
I hope you realise how lucky you are!
And yet, tomorrow they could sell a tract and you could have a subdivision up against your line. Maybe not likely but seen weirder things happen before.
Absolutely gorgeous sunset!!
That property owner is doing you a favor by clearing the fenceline. I constantly have to repair fences because limbs or trees are falling onto my fence. It's frowned upon to put deer stands on fencelines.
I agree and would love to hire them to do our side if we can contact them;)
3 DEER. Go find those deers. Blackberries blueberries Wild blackberries. Peter Pan Superman. What is a peter pan superman? Fire Break. It would be fantastic if it is. Jeremy Brush Cut It. Nice property. ❤❤❤❤ Y'all.
They are probably just cleaning their fence lines which also make great fire breaks…that’s a good thing not a threat.😂
I would definitely put up game cams to keep an eye out there. Yes, Jeremy brush cut it, please! I can't wait foe our trees to have there leaves again. Here in Central Wisconsin they are budding but it's to early. Stay safe 💙
Jeremy cut brush
Beautiful sunset
Take care 👋🏼
Not your land, not your problem. Didn't have to seek your approval. Don't like it? Plant a hedgerow on your side to deaden the sound.
Jeremy brush hog. Beautiful sunset!!
Good luck guys. Nice property
I used to have some serious poachers and on same property 2 murders occured..completely SUX!!😊😮
Oh my goodness!!!

Fire break, so sorry, there goes your privacy😮
Watched to the end!! Bummer with what's happening next to your property. I hope it works out ok for you guys!! 🤗❤️👍🙋🏻♀️
Brush cut it Jeremy 😂 gorgeous sunset! ❤
Wild Blackberries lol Im a big fan !!! Lots of Canadian Love Coming Your Way!!! ❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦❤️
Here in Texas we also don’t need permits to build other than septic systems. But if someone decides to build subdivisions it must be plotted out and then they must file with the county. They must provide certain services fire hydrant electrical and all weather roads. But it stinks when they build right up against your property. Wild berries are the best. As always stay safe, stay healthy and keep your powder dry 🤙🤙😎🤙🤙
Nice video guys. I watched from start to finish 🤙😎🇦🇺
Awesome video
I watched this and couldn’t understand what you’re saying, the property next to yours was cut? But not yours. So the owners cut their land and you were upset about it?
“I can get through anything” 😂
That sunset is gorgeous!!
Howdy 🤠 love you all awesome sunset 🌅 love you all
I dont see the issue with someone clearing their land. And everyone saying put up
No trespassing signs. Why? Im sure the other owner had no intentions of using your or abusing your property.
Then why don't they tell who actually owns it, he said they tried to find out who owns pit but it is in a llc account
Its not so much who owns it now.
Its if they plan on developing it that the problem comes in. Normally a development ends up with a lot of kids.
You want your property clearly marked. When the trespassing starts. Its easier to get it stopped.
People that move in to a rural area see a horse or cow in a field. Most have known idea how dangerous they can be. Or what to do about them when. They trespassing cause a problem.
I have had to get kids out of trees. They were trying to find magic mushrooms. The bull didn't like that.
The sheriff department didn't like them looking for the mushrooms either.
Looking good.
I do this as a fire break on my property. Helps a lot with bush fires.
Sunset went real fast, I was thinking your video would be longer.lol have a great day
Wild berries and I am sooo jealous as I LOVE 💕 blackberries.
2nd stop after creek should be a good place to lauch drone to see what's over the hill.
Juss a suggestion...❤
3 deer to jeremy brushcut . People getting to close . Some people do think they can do whatever the want . An LLC , Jemremy , good luck find out any thing . Seeya
Fire break, doubles as perimeter patrol road (fence inspections, etc). Among ranchers / farmers, it's generally expected for you to do the same on your side (like an unspoken agreement - not a requirement).
Fire break❤
Oh wow, with how close they are to your fence I'd be checking the whole fence line to make sure they didnt destroy any of it.
I would love to have what you all have. It's beautiful!
Keep your property free..tis yours !😊❤😊
3 deer +2 fabulous ranchers 😂-Wild Blackberries - Peter pan superman - Fire break and Jeremy Brushcut it.Maybe they are going to put up a fence.
Jeremy brush cut it ! Love the sun set...
Regards Steve in the UK
I hope y'all are safe this weekend with all the tornadoes in the area. Sorry to see that you are being encroached upon with your property - even if it's on the other side of the fence, you moved there to be out in the country without people looking in your windows! Keep safe Chrissy & Jeremy!
Paint the top of fence post purple then load up with rocksalt.
Looks like fenceline clearing for a firebreak. Pretty standard where I’m at.
Did y’all figure out what’s going on? Patiently waiting for part two!
Heck of a fire break!!
Wild blackberries. Yum!
Seems like curiosity more than anything. I hope they’re friendly.
3 Deer - Wild Blackberries - PeterPan Superman - Firebreak - Jeremy Brushcut it
Wild black berries watching from Birmingham Alabama
You can make blackberry pie and all. Great video.from Ga.
💙🇺🇲 Wild blackberries! 😊
Clearing that small amount of boundary will have no impact on the deer population or their movement.
By the time deer season rolls around, the deer will be accustomed to the new fire break. They'll still use their same trails unless someone puts up a 10' tall fence.
In Australia that is called a fire break between your properties. The council will check that the fence lines all have cleared fence lines. You get big fines.
Oh my someone doing something on their own property. Don't worry about it unless they get on your property. They are just like you probably don't want anyone bugging them .
Made me wonder if you lived near Keep It Dutch. He found bulldozed path and signs of fire on his property recently.
You two are so cute together ❤
Firebreak, I hate trespassers, most city people think that just because they have an ATV they can go anywhere as long as it’s not row cropped
Most country folk think that just because they have an ATV they can go anywhere as long as it's not row cropped.
Thatll make hunting better once the grass and new shoots start to grow
Probably high fence game enclosure coming, you'll see native deer hitting the new fence trying to get thru to the natural runs. It's sad to see a group of deer standing at a fence till they're skin and bones and scratched up from the high fence
I picked the best blackberries at my grandparents cabin in Arkansas. Big as your thumb growing wild everywhere.
Wow how Big is your Place!?
Wait until you have a 6500 acre solar farm built next door to your farm.
Good morning ☕ Jeremy & Chrissy
Blackberries
Keep your property natural, the deer will come to your property for grazing & to hide.
LLC 🤔
Have an amazing day. 🙏
Wild Blackberries!!😊
I have 50 acres and i keep getting threatened by quarry companies whos lawyers are not as smart as mine :)
Subdivisions coming your way 1000 homes sitting on a quarter acre enjoy the country life
Survey markers & post- survey razer wire installation is best.
Costly installation? Yes.
Just DO IT...!
Yum wild blackberries!!
Looks like a boundary fire break
Fire break!!
