This workout is great, I used to have chronic shin splints and I would always take long breaks and they would never go away, also my knees where so sniff and I tore my meniscus I’ve been doing these exercises and it’s helped so much with my ability, athleticism and with my injuries, thank u for showing this workout people really need to see this🙏
@@spikez5220 I took like 1 month break, the first week I just rested and the rest of the 3 weeks I did Tib raises, calf raises and did ankle strengthen exercises because stiff ankles, tight and weak claves could also lead to shin splints so I worked on fixing that and the last week i just jogged to get used to running again
Love you 7mlc Drills you've shown helped me a lot. I was able to enjoy the sport more because of the skill level and ball control I got due to those drills. Thank you : ) Congratulations on achieving the gold TH-cam button.

Michael you are a golden nugget, hepled me to boost my ball control, general football skills and of course mentality. Thanks for very precise explanation of every move.
@7mlc Very, very deserved having more than a million subscribers. Really appreciate the quality content you consistently give us, and wish you all the best in every endeavor amigo (especially on the pitch)!!!
What a disciplined athlete you are, a lot of famous footballers aren't as disciplined as you👏🤜🤛 I've also got a question : what do you think that is the most important thing to work on in football in general ? and for an inverted winger ? (cause you're often one).
The most important thing depends on where you are. I don't think there is any one most important thing. Some people have the mentality but no understanding of the game. Some people are smart but are weak mentally. Some people don't have the basic technical skills but they have the heart. But if I had to choose a strength of mine from the time I was born to be a pro, it would be mentality, because if you have the heart and the willingness to learn and improve, it will cover for a lot of other weaknesses. The professional environment is too tough to be mentally weak. And I think that learning is a process that lasts forever as long as you are open to it
Quality video man! 👊 So insightful and detailed - We appreciate the time that goes into these vids, especially the underrated clips of you leaving the pitch, etc (having to go back to get the camera… 😜) You sound and look so buzzed to be back in your hometown too - Love to see it! 💪🔥 Enjoy your ‘break’ 👊

Greetings from Reading-Berkshire, Grass Roots and U-18 football in England is shit right now, someone like you would make a great coach, hope to see you taking up coaching mate!
I think reps is an individual thing. As in whatever you do, you should ideally master a drill. Reps probably has a big part to do with how much time you have to train and how much training you can mentally deal with. Reps will be different for everyone
You could definitely do that mate, personally I like to do that on separate days where my training is more intense, and then have “low load” days such as the one shown in this video to give the body a chance to regenerate. Everyone’s different so just listen to your body, and get the proper rest/recovery after your plyos 💪👊
Go play for fun with your friends and try to remember the feeling you had then Do the one think you can best When I was through in the situation i thought about which feeling i liked the most and it was shooting a perfect freekick so I tooked some friends and went to the pitch to shoot
There are lots of reasons this sort of thing happens (especially this time of the year) - e.g., negative club culture, multiple consecutive bad performances, burnout (which can be temporary), being on the edge of going pro, but never quite making it, etc. Once you know the cause, take small steps towards a solution, whether it is to meditate (relaxation techniques work wonders for burnout, plus they help w/ focus and mental strength), find a new team with good people, or just play for the sake of playing, not wanting anything but to enjoy the game w/ friends (maybe after a short break). Good luck!
I would not change a drill until I master it. Once you master a drill and it is no longer challenging then you may want to think about switching the drill
Do a lot of sprints that will make you tired and then at the end run for a few miles. At least 2 miles. but do this at the end of the fitness session when you are tired

@@7mlc unfortunate how things played out for season. I personally thought u played well. Hopefully soccer Sam can get Rochester back up and running. Enjoy your channel.
Typically when you have the space to mate. If your opposing winger hasn’t tracked back and the space is there to drive into, take it. The game will usually show you the right moment naturally, and you’ll learn when the opportunity is there the more you play 👍

Hello.. from the Philippines!
Hi Joeseph 👋
This is an awesome video, thanks for all you do Micheal! If you wouldn’t mind would it be possible to put reps for the pitch drills as well?

And for everyone else supporting the channel who helped me reach an amazing milestone, the video starts at 0:00 🙏👍
Hello, do you change training every week or the same, please answer, I am confused about organizing my training
I would not change a drill until I master it. Once you master a drill and it is no longer challenging then you may want to think about switching the drill
what training workouts should i be doing during the summer to keep shape and still improve for preseason ??
Hello. I would like to know what routine you use to maximize your stamina? Endurance for football players
Do a lot of sprints that will make you tired and then at the end run for a few miles. At least 2 miles. but do this at the end of the fitness session when you are tired
❤️❤️❤️
hey mike, what is the thing that you used to do the nordic curls on the bench?
Hi mate! It’s called a Nordic Strap. I got mine from Amazon 👍
Can I do this before match day ?
Why did you move from FC tulsa i am very interested in the answer
I signed a contract for one season only 👍
please answer my question How many times a week should we do avoid exercises?
Are these partially inspired by the kneesovertoesguy?
Absolutely 👍👍
