- just installed my magnaflow mufflers with some black 4 inch tips.
I had to install a whole new engine, cause my radiator had blown and water got into the engine block.

I have a full magnaflow exhaust, it’s too quite stock so I gutted the mufflers and res it sounds so good
Yea I’m eventually going to straight pipe mine.
Also as far as exhaust for this car i have tried every variation and straight pipes is the best even over the borla set up I had
I might go with that one day (straight pipe) but I had bought those magnaflows from a friend for only 50$ so I just threw them on to see what they sounded like lol

Engine rebuild does not equate to “engine bay detail”. Its an auto repair shop, not a detail shop. Ive installed over 1000 engines. Never detailed a single one. Thats common in the repair industry.

Srry bro, but I actually bought the car with those lights already instead. So I couldn’t tell you where they came from.
But look like the were like clear/chrome tail lights, and the previous owner just tinted them slightly
Quick question cause I plan on buying one. If you replace the engine is it basically a brand new car?i heard the 2006-2008 tends to have issues with the engines failing
Well not necessarily.
I switched out the engine block, but used all other working parts.
It isn’t necessary to switch out absolutely everything.
But mine didn’t just fail for no reason.
My radiator popped while I was on the freeway, in which led water into the engine, and that’s what ultimately ruined my block.
When I first got the car, I had a guy tell me to switch out the radiator asap, if it’s still the stock one.
I didn’t listen, and then it popped and ruined my engine.
So if you’re planning on buying one of these chargers, I’d give u the same advice I was given many years ago, and tell u to switch out the radiator asap.

But if you look for headlights on eBay there are some that are really similar to mine
I think there is no point of painting the mufflers black since the heat will damage the paint
I agree, that was a stupid suggestion, it was just weird to see the mufflers cause the older ones weren’t visible

I bought it on eBay.
A lot of ppl ask me about the diffuser, but it’s hard to find cause they’re almost always out of stock.
I always check to see if they have them in stock.
When they do I let ppl know, and advise them to buy ASAP cause they’re hard to find.

Yea dude, I got the new engine at 119,000 miles.
And currently I have 126,000
So far, now problems with the actual engine.

You can also install a hellcat diffuser as well… just gotta modify it a little and it’ll fit

Well those tips I got them at the muffler shop that I took my car to replace the stock mufflers with the magnaflows.
I just asked if they had any black tips. So they had those.
But u can easily find them on eBay or Amazon I’m sure

If the car isn’t lowered, that’s one of the first things I’d do. Cause lowering a charger changes the look completely!

I have a 2006 r/t 5.7 with 240k mi. It was running great until about 3 months ago when it started randomly stalling out. At first it did it a couple times only when I came to a stop but it would always start right back up. I took it to a mechanic shop to get a diagnostic and they did one and said they think it’s something with the computer not giving signal to the transmission but they would need a few hours to “get in there” and find out exactly what’s wrong with it and they told me they charge $150 per hour. Does anybody have any idea what it could be before I spend $450 for them to tell me I need a fuel filter? It randomly stalls out and the check engine light only comes on when it stalls then goes away when I start it back up
If you go to my channel, I have a video on this specific problem. I still have this problem, I think it’s the PCM but I haven’t gotten it fixed yet.

Hot cold wet dry it didn't matter, It would go into a ''limp'' mode and just not let you give it any gas or anything. Had to pull over, shut it off and then start it again, perfectly fine for....however long. long story short my problem seemed to of been a bad Crank sensor or maybe wires going to it. Had a guy fix it way back 2 or more years ago, no problems.
@@baileyhatfield4273 were u getting codes for the ecm and pcm even tho it was the crank sensor? I got 2 codes that say lost communication to ecm and pcm. I’m hoping it’s because of bad wire or loose connection somewhere but ppl keep telling me I need a new pcm
@@JiMiHUNDROSS I might of been getting some crank sensor correlation codes or something, you problem may be the pcm, just have to trust the shop and mechanic I guess

Must be nice I spent like 7,000 to rebuild my 5.7 and that’s without labor luckily me and my brother were able to do it all. And car only had 60,000 miles to begin. A valve seat fell into the piston and yup chomped tha shit up and got into everything. Even bought a new intake manifold just incase I just replaced damn near everything while I was at it cus dodge did a shit job with the years 2006-2010 I’d stay tf away from these years no matter what unless it has a remanufactured engine

Daniel Garcia The only things I did was; deleted the resonator from the center and switched the two mufflers in the back with magnaflow mufflers, and welded on 4 inch tips.

The muffler is located in the middle and the resonators are located in the back if you switch it you will definitely hear a difference.

I haven’t bought it yet. But I like it because the pipe is stainless steel like with a Mopar ‘M’ logo in the middle in blue, and a blue cone filter. Which I can then get blue calipers for my brakes, and have a silver, black, and blue trim theme.

I got it from a company in LA called United Engine.
But, honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them.
I had to get 3 different engines, cause they kept sending my mechanic defective engines.

I would recommend you look for something local.
If you get unlucky like I did, and receive a defective engine block, it’ll be a bigger pain have to ship it back and get another one shipped.
I would go to your local mechanic and ask them what they’d recommend.
Then look up reviews, to make sure they’re good.
