I’m A- and the exact opposite!🤣 It takes me longer to digest red meat. And dairy gives me diarrhea if I do anything but very small servings. And I have avoided anything with sesame seeds or sesame oil for years after noticing my body just feels sluggish and weird after eating things with it in there.🤷🏻‍♀️
Of course, everyone is a unique person so no two experiences are going to be exactly alike..

A- here, was vegan for about 2 years which lead to severe health problems. I now eat meat twice a weak. I wish I hadn’t gone down the vegan route because as much as I feel better now there are still physical consequences I have to live with. It effected my nervous system badly.
I wish people were more aware that eliminating certain important foods (like meat) needs to be carefully monitored. Some bodies are perfectly fine and some will start to deteriorate and it’s not going to be immediately visible. It’s a tricky thing. I was so calm on vegan diet (I felt) but it turned out later on I was just low on energy.

As an A+, I found that meats only gave me problems when I ate them with starches, like potato, pasta and rice. If I just eat meat alone, or w/ green veggies I'm fine. I eat the potato an hour later!

But most important of all the carnivore diet is the only thing the totally controlled my chronic diarrhea of 3 yrs. It totally controlled my life and activities. All the meds with awful side effects & tests & specialists, with no results. Carnivore, meat only has totally stopped the issues thank God. My lab work is so much better & I feel so much better. I noticed that I get very bloated and have digestion issues/pain when I consume dairy. But I have been doing exceptionally well with oat milk. It's rectified my Vitamin D deficiency! Eggs have always been a staple in my diet and I try not to consume too much meat. (I just think it's gross to overeat too much meat in one sitting) Grains, wheat, and yeast are BIG no-no's. They've been nothing but trouble in the past and have been the main culprit behind all of my skin & immune system issues. I've managed to lose 25lbs over time just by writing everything that I eat in a notebook. Never counting calories. I'm planning to incorporate more chlorophyll plants as I've heard great things about them. The only issue is an iron deficiency for women. So I recommend taking a supplement.
This is a good confirmation of many of the things that I've taken note of over the years. Thanks

Im A positive and grew up eating no meat as I choice, I was repulsed at the thought of eating animal flesh. When I married, my husband only ate meat, I had to learn to cook it and only ate a little meat when pregnant because I craved it. Now in my seventies and mainly eat fruit, veggies, some rice beans and small amounts of chicken, love tuna and salmon; when I can afford it and hamburger maybe once a week, never pork. Frankly I only eat little meat because I think my body needs it and happy to hear I don't. I feel good only on veggies and not hardly any pasta but love bread and sweet potatoes. I never had a weight problem and am very healthy for my age. Intuition always lead me to eat and like for my blood type. This info helps so much, also love milk , cheeses, most nuts but never drink soda, only oj, some apple juice occationally, mostly water. So happy to know I am not weird for not wanting meat, but oh how I crave salmon only afford it twice a month!😢 oh, and an egg almost every day and I eat basil everyday, pick it off my plant and just much it, yum, thai basil.

I've read that tomatoes are to be avoided. And I've also read that negative blood types cannot consume certain foods like positives can, for example while A positive can consume peanuts, most negative blood types have peanut allergies (true food allergies) etc. So my understanding is that if you are A negative you cannot go by the same food diet as an A positive person. So I would say if you are in the negatives to just proceed with caution, by negative being so rare I don't think anyone truly knows what RH null people can really consume.

Then one summer in 2021 I went pretty much vegan with a little bit of fish with low glycemic carbs and the weight was just falling off. I really didn't miss meat that much. However, I could not stick to that strict diet for long. I think pescetarian is the best for me! I'm glad I enjoy salmon and the red wine suits me as well, lol! I have always had black tea but it says I should not have black tea. I'm not a coffee fan so I guess I will switch to green tea, which I drink periodically anyways! Great info in this video!

No wonder I felt 10x better when I went vegan 8 years ago. I particularly don't tolerate dairy - my *really* bad back and face acne went away in weeks when I stopped consuming it.

A- here. I am going to have to sort this out. The only weight loss diet that has ever been successful for me is a keto type diet. I have tried other plans such as weight watchers. I used up all my points by 2 pm chasing hypoglycemia. I don't tolerate dairy well unless it is cultured dairy such as cheese. Fresh milk gives me lymphadenopathy. And even cheese can be problematic if I eat too much. I once had a painful lactose attack after eating some cheese pizza with a really thick layer of cheese. I tend to avoid wheat due to the starchy aspect. The veggies are fine as long as I avoid starchy veggies. I tend to live on animal protein and leafy greens mostly. This morning I had bacon and eggs for breakfast. I don't get along with tea at all. Gives me indigestion. Coffee, one mug a day for me. feeling great right now.

I'm sorry but I have never had problems digestion when it comes to protein. Like cow chicken or swine. I don't eat fish. Like my stomach has never hurt after eating them. But how do we know I might be a- but my other half was o- so what if my organs are made of those even tho I'm a-. Idk what to think of your advice.

I'm A + I have never been fond of red meat except for barbecues, but I love fish and shellfish. I do not eat much veggies, but, it is because I do not have the time to prepare savory dishes, not because I don't like them. I do not eat soy-based food because I had some erectile dysfunction issues in the past and it is scientifically proven that they decrease your testosterone and therefore your sexual performance and even your libido. Love nuts, especially cashews. One problem is yogurt because I like it.

Another type A+ here and certainly NOT a vegan. Tried it once... don't like or enjoy veggies enough. Didn't even make it a day! I felt TERRIBLE. When I don't get enough protein I feel weak, lethargic, even shaky. 😢 So idk about this one-size-fits-all kind of thing. Im down 25 pounds with 40 more to go and my triglycerides is in the normal range, liver numbers ALT/AST at low end of normal, A1C dropped to 5.6 which is high end of normal (I'm a recovering type 2).... I came to see if I could switch gears a bit and break my plateau but no.... 😅 I can't give up meat!
