I've avoided red meat for years. Dr. Berg also eats red meat and eggs and looks great in his 50s. Perhaps I will try lamb again. There is a large frozen selection of meat and fish at the super, I suppose they have a lot of fresh as well if one knows what to ask for.
I'm a B and I eat chicken every once in a while to no ill effect, however, after reading this book I did decide to drop wheat and wheat products for a time--which was really difficult as I love a big steaming bowl of pasta with bread on the side. I discovered my itchy eyes and continually running nose dried up. I no longer had sneezing fits. And I felt much, much better. Diet change, while difficult, can ultimately be of great benefit to our health--thank you for passing on the knowledge.
Very interesting. I like my toast and I also have itchy eyes and sneezing fits. I felt better during Passover when I did not eat gluten, although matzah is also wheat. I wonder if it is the yeast?
Just found out i am B positive My nickname from my favourite Chef is chicken Lady I was in Restaurant Business to pay my music I baked ,cooked all kinds of chicken Dishes great success I dont want red meat What about Turkey??
As a B+, that explains why I often get sick to my stomach if I eat ice cream, but not after eating other dairy foods. Also, chicken sometimes makes me sick too.
B+ should not eat chicken. Ice cream is sugar unhealthy not good for health.am B+ I stopped all animals and carbohydrates dairy and sugar.my blood pressure went down to 118/78 from 170/120.i lost weight and looked young.am happy for my health.
Thank you so much for your comment. I am B+ and was overweight during a depression. I decided to lose weight by walking and changing my diet. I did the carnivore diet and lost about 70 lbs in about 6 months. During the journey, my eyes opened to a lot of lies we’ve been told and I was the signs that were always there. I developed gout with was the trigger for me to lose weight. I just thought it was weird paid in my joints until I KNEW it was gout. During the journey I discovered that I have developed an allergy to shellfish which is my trigger for gout. I can eat shrimp though which made it very hard to tell that I have a shellfish allergy now. Maybe the gout is now gone as I’m at a healthy weight now but I have not tried any other shellfish since. Im going to give this chicken thing a month. Any words to share from anyone who has done this.
I’am B+ ….was having issues with reactive hypoglycemia, but surprisingly the doctors kept saying I was not a type 1 or type 2 diabetic ….when bought this 📕 in 2010 and read it …it finally explain what the doctors could not.. which is I’m not diabetic, but B-type blood types have diabetic like affects when they eat the wrong foods❤
This makes so much sense. So glad you shared this. I have in varying seasons been “borderline insulin resistant” and suffer from sugar crashes, but hearing your story makes me think that’s probably why I have been experiencing diabetic symptoms
I am absolutely stunned right now. I've been experiencing certain issues often after eating a big meal...and when I did some research for probable causes of my symptoms, I found that I was exhibiting all the classic hallmarks of a pre-diabetic. However, I've had three bloodwork labs done since then and to my pleasant surprise my blood sugar is at a normal, very healthy level, with my doctor telling me that I'm nowhere even near the danger zone of a pre-diabetic. What I also found out through my bloodwork, just because I thought it would be fun to know, was my blood type -- B! Holy crap. I think I've finally discovered what's been going on with me! 😲
I was type O positive until I had an allogeneic bone marrow transplant at 55 years of age in 2009 to cure leukemia. Now I'm B positive. Haven't noticed any differences but I'm sure there is probably something now besides antigens. A lot of people don't know the bone marrow is where the blood is made. It controls everything about your blood like clotting, oxygen and immune system as you said in the video. I got a pretty good education on the subject after living in a hospital for 5 months.
That's a lie, they're lying to you. You die with the blood type you're born with, because your body recejts any other type. They're lying, experimenting (i was and still am their Guinea pig, so i know, about the blood as well), and then they experiment with lying, and how much of their lies people are gonna fall for.
@@linnycupcakes7912 Ok, have it your way. I won't comment, if that's ok, or not. In the first place, you shouldn't even get to that point, that you need a bone marrow transplant. Michael Duff Newton. Bye.
@adriwillemsemelkbosstrand9132 Do that, if you want to. Tomatoes are actually very good for me, so i won't quit them. It takes money though, to get them, same the chicken.
I've been following Dr. D'Adamo since his first book was issued. I'm a B blood type and people tell me I look younger than my years. In addition, I don't have health problems.
This is starting to make sense. I couldn’t figure out why some foods turned me off when I smell it or I would feel sick immediately after eating it. I’m going to continue researching. Thanks for sharing.
I don't eat chicken often anymore.I got tire of chicken which is a good thing because I am a type b.I do love a good burger and love salmon.I eat salmon a lot and I do love shrimp calamari and lobster and all kinds of fish.I am a seafood person and love Italian beef and avocados.
WOW great watch, thanks for the information! I’m a B- My blood pressure is normally very good, 120/70 or close to that. I don’t eat chicken that often. Maybe once a month. When I do, it’s a breast air fried and made into a sandwich. There have been doctors visits where my bp is 135/85. I’ll now have to keep track of when I eat chicken and then go to my dr appointment! I also am a big dairy eater, salmon lover and other things you mentioned. Unfortunately I’ll have to get rid of a few things to start better my health. Like the cashews in the bucket sitting next to me 😅 Also, my immune system is Great! I’ve never had a Flu shot EVER! I totally refuse to get the C vaccine. I’m 64, will be 65 in February 2024. Thanks again for all the info!
As I used to sit wondering why I just loved some Jamaican goat curry over the jerk chicken in comparison to most people I know lol. And the Indian cuisine has always been my favorite! Be positive 🤪
Kudos Dr. Butts, I am B+ and I stopped eating chicken and other forbidden foods. Before that, I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, was pre-diabetic and morbidly obsessed! All of that went away and I lost 60 lbs! Now I feel amazing. I give God all the praise for revealing my blood type to me. Your video confirmed everything! Keep up the good work.
Thank you for spreading the love. I am a carnivore right now with B+ type blood, although I am still willing to keep tweeking to keep emproving my well being! Love and blessings to you dear Sir. 🙏🏼🌹💕🥰👏🏼
B should not eat chicken but the "Poultry" classification includes Turkey that is what I eat if. I eat. poultry. Seafood but no shellfish.. shrimp, crab, mollusks (scallop are ok) I have found these recommendations are what is true. for me.
Dr. Jeffrey - you crack me up... I am a B- and trying to figure out best diet after a heart attack and four stents... been pretty good the past year (diet wise)... but I am getting a tummy...yes, yes... exercise...thank goodness Spring is here and I am looking forward to getting outdoors!
This explains why I have a bad reaction to Shrimp, and chicken especially the cooked smell makes me nauseous at times. Thanks so much for sharing this!!
New subscriber!! I also ordered the book a few days ago. I’m a B+ I’m so sad I can’t eat chicken anymore. I’ve been eating chicken my whole life I’m not a fried chicken girl but I eat a lot of grilled chicken because that’s what keeps me on track with my weight goals 😢 so I’ve decided to switch things up, it’s going to be hard because I don’t eat goat or lamb or beef but I have to try something 😔 I can’t even believe shrimp is in there. This is crazy life-changing but I really want to try it out.
B+ black woman here! I have always detested chicken, refusing to eat any part of it except the breast. And I'm a huge dairy lover but found that ice cream always gives me the bubble guts 😂 the more you know.
I believe this.. just now i realize why do i feel heat , if i eat chicken.. and get palpitation too. Thank you for this video. I don't eat pork for years already and shell fishes..
There's no but on this one Mr Butt, thanks in advance. My energy level frustrates me ,test shows nothing I stuff myself to a chicken meal for lunch but thank God the fridge is empty I'll start to eat for life. The way you believe these sad truth is so good ,thank you.
😊 this is so 🔥 TRUE. Had 2 heart attacks and Cardiovascular Lymphatic issues. I stop eating beef and dairy i watched THE CHINA STUDY😮. NOchicken beef turkey, pork, seafood accept Salmon. No all better. This knowledge saved me.
I’m a B+ and my colleague shared this video with me. This was very informative and it explains so much in why certain foods would make me feel a little sick and others would give me so much energy. Chicken being my main go to but I thought if I baked it instead of frying it, it would be a difference 😂…..I was so wrong! Salmon or seafood period I absolutely love and explain my mood swing after I eat it! I had so much more energy and never thought about why until I listened to this video. Thank you so much Sir for sharing. I have already blast this out to my friends and family and challenged them to try it for at least 30 days. Game changer!!!!!❤❤❤
I imagine there's vegan options for anything listed "Avoidable". Gonna do some researching! Thanks so much for the Information, will be going to your website and downloading the chart.
I recently started following this type of diet! It’s been about of No month with chicken and I can say I’ve definitely noticed less inflammation. I’m even bone on bone in left knee, but I’m currently the most strongest I’ve ever been.
I'm a B- white female and I have cut way down on all meat, including chicken. I've begun eating more lentils, which I am finding has really helped some of my blood tests, like cholesterol, triglycerides, and my A1C. My triglycerides have been crazy bad, but this last time I was really shocked. I have no other attributes than that. No new meds, nothing else different. I just read a synopsis of the history of Brunswick stew. Originally the meat was squirrel, rabbit, venison. I love seafood. There's no way I will ever eat some of those choices. Too far from my Midwest roots. I'm a pretty boring eater. I'm in Wisconsin so it's good to be able to eat dairy.
@@haganmonet4810 Thank you for your concern. However, those lentils have reduced my cholesterol significantly so it is now normal. It's also brought my triglycerides down to normal. My triglycerides haven't been normal for a decade literally. Do random strangers just stop doing something because you make a blanket statement with no data whatsoever? I've only heard good things about lentils. Do you have any information that you can reference? I'm willing to look into this but as I said, eating lentils have helped me so far remarkably.
@@suegeorge998 Lentils might not be too bad. You might also do well on lean protein and lean dairy, especially fat free greek yogurt. It helped me with my high cholesterol. By the way, new information is that high cholesterol isn't the problem; high LDL is bad and high blood sugar/glucose is worse.
@@haganmonet4810 Navy beans are high in oxalates which is a plant toxin everyone should be avoiding. High ox foods are typically easily swapped for other foods in the same category with no sacrificing of any nutrients. I also do the lentils and are okay with them so far. I soak and sprout them which helps digestibility.
Super great to have these videos about this blood type based diet. I have followed ( and not followed) this for 25+ years. It does work! the I eat wrong for me, I feel worse and worse. When I eat right for me, I feel better and better. Thanks!
Croacker is a salt water fish, and damn good eating. I am a b blood type and love all fish seafood 16:58 and shellfish. I have always detested chicken lol, and love dairy but I am lactose intolerant
I'm a B+ girl. I have been suffering with poor gut health and allergies all my life. I get the flu or a cold often and had been diagnosed with asthma last year. I'm at the point where I will try anything to up my immunity. My family eat lamb and beef daily, chicken about twice a week and almost never seafood. interestingly we also eat a lot of carbs, but none of us have a weight problem. Anyway, I decided to start making separate meals for myself and up my seafood intake, and cut the wheat, chicken and tomatoes. If I will eventually feel better with these changes, it would be worth my while to make the changes permanent.
@@Ajeetpal07 hi, I found cutting on the carbs really helped with the bloatedness. It is tough though. Really not easy finding substitutes all the time. Unfortunately still a work in progress. For the gut I drink ABC juice and drink as much water as I am able to...
I know about that. Have you tried minerals and probiotics? I found help using Dr Rusicio soil based probiotics. Made a huge difference. Some people get colds because of moulds too.
I’m a B+, and I love chicken. I don’t eat it everyday but have never had any negative effects. I eat organically sourced chicken which does not have growth hormones and antibiotics. I’m also allergic to all tree nuts.
That is pretty much me except for walnuts. No idea. I am healing my inflammation with pasteur raised eggs. I was told the wrong info as a teen, I thought I was type O + Crazy! I was thinking beans and dairy were no use all that time.
Wow! I'm only three minutes in and I'm loving this. I just got turned onto this blood type discovery and it is hitting all the marks. Btw lol your personality is great. New subscriber here! 😊
B+...No more chicken!! No beef? More seafood....Yessss!! I Always enjoy your energy, positive information and love going on journeys!! I had partridge on a cruise ship, absolutely loved it! As always, "Information is Powerful"!!! When we know better; we do better! Thank you!! Peace and blessings
B+ here- many of my avoids are foods I dislike, are allergic or have developed allergies to, or have never gravitated towards. Talk about listening to your body. Recently, questioning my love for chicken. It no longer taste good to me so since its a No- No for me, i’m good with that- thanks for sharing
I heard that chicken causes autoimmune issues. That would explain my thyroiditis. I have cut out chicken completely, now eating more fish, beef and dairy. I do feel better.
OMG this is so true CUT THE CHICKEN i was sick and got sick so bad that I could not walk not walk or move i knew i was going to die I prayed to god He said to me stop with the chicken I did I was better right away this is my truth doc you are the truth and i'm a dental assistant
I read that book 20 years ago, experimented with my diet, but it was not 100% for me. What helped me MORE was getting my health genes tested so I know what gene mutations I have. This manipulates how our body digests and metabolizes different foods and supplements & stress & histamine, etc..
@@Ajeetpal07 wheat, corn, chicken. Also take a food sensitivity blood test. Although the blood type is a good start point for removing aggravating foods, you may also have additional genetic food sensitivities.
I can only eat fresh meats specially lamb. I am B+. I don’t fry anything because it doesn’t make me feel good. Thank you for the information. My doctor had talk to me about it. We are both healthy and work in the hospital.
B+ here. Filipina. Im so sad i shouldn't eat shrimps, crabs, oysters, snails, scallops, and clams. I love those seafoods. It's not usual to have goat meat or lamb in the Philippine market. There are usually chicken, pork and beef available in meats. But i love dairy products and it's sad ice cream is not for me. Huhu... I love a lot of kinds of vegetables and root crops and you never mention about it.
I’ve just found this post, and I have a few things to say, concerning all of this B+ stuff. I’m B+ and I am the opposite of most of this. I’ve had a crappy immune system my entire life; I’ve been a picky eater since birth, and every time I was made to eat what I didn’t want “just try it, you might like it!” I had really bad digestive responses. I’m lactose intolerant, I’m also BRCA2 +, I’ve had two different primary cancers, currently working to beat PPC. HOWEVER, I grew up in a household that barely had the ability to keep the roof over and the power paid for, so chicken was a very cheap protein to feed the family, so I literally grew up eating it almost every day. I don’t eat it like that now (I’m 51), but I do still eat it. So. I am going to try not eating chicken at all and see if that affects that damn cancer marker. I also grew up in the south and I stopped eating most fried foods a long long time ago. Also grew up eating boiled peanuts, because there isn’t anything much better to have as a snack than hot boiled pnuts. My daddy was a commercial fisherman in the gulf and I grew up eating crab and oysters and mullet and mullet roe. I didn’t see Gulf mullet on that list of don’ts, but damn, no trout or bass or salmon? No no! I’ve known I had a gluten sensitivity most of my life, and I know I’m not supposed to eat anything from the nightshade family, so no tomatoes or eggplant or potatoes (and I’ve Irish ancestors!) or chili peppers(there went all my fun!lol), but I still eat potato chips. I’ve known about corn because my whole life it never digested. Something a little eerie about seeing it come out in the same shape it went in. So, basically, I don’t see how my diet is more flexible. And now I’m cutting out chicken and almond milk, I guess oat and coconut are still ok. Sigh.
Okay. First of all thank you so much for sharing your story. It sounds like you are going in the right direction with your diet now. People are different so there can be nuances in the food list that may or may not work for some people. You know potato chips are no good for anyone. What if you just go crazy with the things you need to consume. Please pay attention to how you sleep, your exercise, are you having daily bowel movements and what do you do for your mindfulness behavior practice? All these categories are equally important and all feed off one another. If you put time and thought into all of these categories let you blood testing give you your grade. Lastly what is your water intake like? Try to consume 3/4th your body weight in ounces by of water. This can be difficult. Drink spring water or distilled water with a pinch of sea salt. Try to avoid plastic bottles drink out of glass if possible but if plastic is all that is available please drink water. If you do this make sure you have finished your water quota before 6pm so you can sleep through the night without having to use the restroom. These are just suggestions, if you do this talk to your doctor. I pray this is what you need and is helpful. You got this! Good luck.
@@jeffreybuttsdds thanks so much for your reply! I do a lot of these already, since I know constipation is also a thing that will raise the cancer marker. And it’s easy to measure, as one of the cancer surgeries I’ve had ended up having to remove a large portion of my Sigmoid colon, so now I have an ostomy, which actually decreases the kinds of food o can eat whole even more. Prior to cancer we I was eating a whole food plant based diet with occasional fish and eggs from a local flock that advertises as rooster free. Now I have to take most of those veggies and either blend or juice them. I’ve been reading a lot about distilled water. I typically filter my water with a LifeStraw filter pitcher, and yes before you ask, I use that water to fill my ice trays. But I’ve never looked at getting completely distilled. I did see a home distiller on Amazon the other day and I saved it, for some reason. I’ve learned to listen to my intuition even when it doesn’t make sense. And I’ve been using the sea or pink Himalayan salt trick in my water for years. I do live in the deserts of New Mexico, so keeping the sodium levels up is something I battle with every summer. And I use a Hydro something brand of doubled-sided metal container. No plastic in my life. My oncologist has told me that I need to lower my overall stress levels. I work in a marketing department lol So now I’m also looking for a different source of income as I still have bills to pay. But I’ve upped my meditation and yogic breath and I practice quick dives into relaxation while at work. And I stretch. A lot. Aaaaand I sleep for shit, I take too many medications (I have ADHD/OCD and I take an extended release version of Adderall, I have medically induced anxiety and depression, so I’m in Atavan at night and something diff in the morning. My social anxiety is through the roof these days, so I have to have something to distract me. I have all kinds of fidget spinners and stuff at my desk. Most of my work is as administrative and web editing, so I spend a lot of time at my computer and I’ll be the first to say that I don’t move enough. Something to work on. Lots of things to work on. Thanks again for your reply and for pointing me in good directions for living and learning more about my body and what it needs! 😁🩵🤗
Been doing this for 15 years. And feel great. People need to know their blood type. About 95% don’t. I appreciate you, because you sound just like me trying to get friends and family to just try it. I even guaranteed them that if they try it for 30 days they won’t go back. But like you said it’s hard to get people to change their eating habits. It’s like telling someone to stop smoking stop drinking and stop doing drugs. But like you. I’m still preaching it. Eat Right For Your Blood Type. You will start to feel a better you.
I become deathly ill within one hour of eating shellfish/crustaceans. Tested my blood:B+ Lifetime chicken eater here, and had IBS 35+ years. I’ll be excited to see if I can digest dairy in a couple weeks of sticking to this list. Thank you so much for the video.
@@ultramiddle4991 IBS is a BACTERIAL/PROBIOTIC problem in the intestinal tract. Eating right for your blood type helps with digestion, inflammation, blood pressure and other health issues and it certainly can't hurt someone with IBS.
I am B- and I have not found the information about B blood types to be applicable to me. I believe this is due to the authors assumption that B blood types are descendant from cattle rearing nomadic people's of Asia and Africa. I am not. I am decended from nomadic hunter- gatherers indigenous to the Americas. As a result of my ancestry there I can eat all animals, birds, fish and seafood. I can eat most plants and eggs of chickens, ducks and quail. I don't like pasteurized milk so I don't drink milk, however I have no problems with any milk derived products including Ice cream. My only real digestive issue is with grains, beans, most nuts and seeds. I have very limited options with these foods as they cause Fibro pain. Oh, and by the way, frogs legs are available in Asian man and restaurants. They are usually served fried and they taste like chicken and fish together. I enjoy them.
@@honeydip968 I disagree with the "Out of Asia" theory for Indigenous Americans. Maybe some people's, especially those from the Western states might have ancestry from Asia. My lineage does not. Our oral heritage says that we are descended from the first woman who ever walked these lands. The migrations of my people was from South America to the Caribbean islands. These were the nomadic hunter-gatherers I spoke of in my first post.
Thank you so very much for the information. Shrimp, I love. However, I don't like hi-cholesterol . I will have the last of shrimp fried rice today. A lot of vegetables my body just didn't care for them, for example: Lima beans under a B +. Thanks
I am an Ashkenazi B+ type eat mostly fish lactose intolerant. I will stop herring & lox although have not eaten them in a few months. I use butter for sautee and only chicken eggs, few cheeses (too much fat hard to digest). Sugar is also the enemy. I have a very slow metabolism and 3.5 years ago a Parkinsons diagnosis. I am not thrilled with Rx remedies which work maybe half the time and greatly depend on activity level, diet, sleep and stress. The political situation where I live is stressful, other than that, pretty calm. Curiously the neurologist also told me to use olive oil but I do not want to heat cold pressed oil. I have had a lot of food allergies over the years and at age 65 I now do intermittent fasting and mostly fish, eggs, yogurt and a few fruits (berries mostly) and veggies (broccoli, yams & cauliflower). As a B+, that explains why I often get sick to my stomach if I eat ice cream, but not after eating other dairy foods. Also, chicken sometimes makes me sick too.
Same here
Me too, that's why I didn't eat ice cream.
SAME and I don’t like a lot of the stuff that bs shouldn’t eat which is so cool and makes me believe this eating for your blood type is true!
B+ should not eat chicken. Ice cream is sugar unhealthy not good for health.am B+ I stopped all animals and carbohydrates dairy and sugar.my blood pressure went down to 118/78 from 170/120.i lost weight and looked young.am happy for my health.
B blood types can tolerate dairy though. I’m B+ and the only thing with dairy is that it does put on weight for me.
I am a Southern Black woman and am choosing to stop eating chicken. Thank you for this❤

I’m B+ and completely agree with this science. It’s made a huge difference for me. No shellfish, though.
You white or asian
He already said no shellfish!
I got allergy ,when eat shellfish in indonesia.
No shellfish for me either
I’am B+ ….was having issues with reactive hypoglycemia, but surprisingly the doctors kept saying I was not a type 1 or type 2 diabetic ….when bought this 📕 in 2010 and read it …it finally explain what the doctors could not.. which is I’m not diabetic, but B-type blood types have diabetic like affects when they eat the wrong foods❤
Hmmm...
Interesting. This could make a lot of sense for me!
Just eat food high in protein and fat and low in carb.
I was today years old when I realized bone marrow can change your blood type 😮
@@linnycupcakes7912 It surely does because your bone marrow is where your blood is made.
@@linnycupcakes7912 Ok, have it your way. I won't comment, if that's ok, or not. In the first place, you shouldn't even get to that point, that you need a bone marrow transplant. Michael Duff Newton. Bye.

I'm in Wisconsin so it's good to be able to eat dairy.
stop eating lentils it’s not for us. try navy beans or lima beans
@@dharma__3 yes and thank you. All of that sounds delicious!
@@haganmonet4810 Navy beans are high in oxalates which is a plant toxin everyone should be avoiding. High ox foods are typically easily swapped for other foods in the same category with no sacrificing of any nutrients. I also do the lentils and are okay with them so far.

B+ here.

@honeydip968 That's what I figured likely a very long time ago to have family on both sides be indigenous.

Hiii! 😊 I am B and the first thing i did, which i found easy was to cut off ALL the nasties, then i slowly made the changes to most beneficial food to eat and within little time i found myself adapted and enjoying the blessing of wide variety🎉😂
The hardest for me to give up were tomatoes... what is there not to love about tomatoes? from their aroma, their texture, flavour juicyness and freshness.... and having my grandparents growing them
.. just imagine the flavourful party and visual blast of tomatoes in a salad!! 😍😋... so that was tough... but i noticed the health benefits of leaving my red loves behind...
I substituted them with red peppers for the visual and flavour add on to the mix in salads, very appealing! 🎉
Whilst we can eat carbs... i found it does more harm than good, therefore, i take minimum carbs a week, topping up with fibre, veggies and yummy meat/fish!! Fruits are a party 🎉😂❤
I am now trying to work on the balance of creativity to control stress and exercise fit for me... it sounds like a lot, but i am hopeful and committed to make changes by baby steps and embraced the fact that changes take time... and i am to be kind with myself!
I have an A type daughter and educating her to follow the healthu route for her type, has been a journey she is on with lots of advantages when approached with love ❤
I believe, it is the best gift we can give ourselves and our loved ones ❤
Thank you for making this super cool video!!🙌
I love chicken 🍗 but don't eat it so often
@@mariahfolkard929 Imagine a crystal clear river in the mountains... and someone throws red paint in it... it stains the waters as they run down to the valley... the same is with our bodies, when it is clean like the river and we eat somwthing that is not good for our body... like paint to the river... it is going to do ssomething to our body, irrespective of whether we see it or not... that makes me think twice before i eat anything i know i should avoid 😂
I was told, B's greatest sacrifice is giving up chicken!!! I substitute it with turkey, really yummy and i am at peace with myself 😉😊
You are awesome! I don’t really wish to give up tomatoes and your not helping after reading that descriptive deliciousness lol
@@spiritedtouch lol what can i do? I really loved them with passion 😂
I love tomatoes and this one is going to be very hard
B+ here, i like seafood but i dont like to eat it alot. And im noticing after eating shrimp possibly, i break out with red bumps on me. Also i love chicken, i eat that the most! Im allergic to trees and hazzle nut...may be allergic to other nuts possibly. I eat EVERYTHING you said not to eat. I honestly think moderation is the key here, not to give up on all those foods because they are still beneficial to the body regardless if you think not.
That's because shrimp is unclean and God warned black people not to eat it in the old testament.
What is a name of books please for B+ this is amazing thank you for all this information ❤
I just found out I’m B. Always loved chicken and never felt weird? Lol I do not want to give this up :(
Came here to say the same thing. I eat chicken 3-5 days a week. I'm a B+ in great health, 6'1", 170lbs and not giving up chicken. :D
My type of people 😂
I cut chicken in 2006 and it made a huge difference.
Thank you from Australia.🙏🏻
Frogs legs, grilled, are delicious! It’s closer to veal taste than chicken, smoother too.
My son is B but he will only eat chicken!! He’s 4 by the way. N I’m actually O n yes he had jaundice when he was born. I’m grateful to have him.
I’m B+ and I eat blue crab, shrimp (wild caught), mussels (wild caught), Fresh oysters and I feel great after eating it.
I would question some dairy though. I use sorgento cheese a lot and it doesn’t have any effect on me. Whole milk on the other hand forget it…my stomach will be tore up if I consume it. I substitute whole vitamin D milk for organic non gmo almond milk and it works great for me.
I also eat a lot of chicken but I have noticed if I grill, poach, bake, or pan fry with olive or avocado oil and don’t eat the skin, I do notice a difference in the way I feel vs if I eat the skin. If I eat the skin on chicken I feel kinda sluggish.
Okay. Thank you for sharing.
Yeah I relate to this. Chicken is fine for me as long as I don’t eat the skin and use olive oil.
Maybe once you get all the avoids out of your diet, maybe the beneficials that bother you right now, will no longer bother you 🤷♀️
My blood type is B+. I do intermittent fasting, exercises 3-4 times a week eat healthy food low carbs, meat and eggs sometimes i eat chicken and pork twice a year😁 I was overweight back in 2019.now i fee l more healthier than I was.
It makes sense to me now that my body can't process corn well since I'm B positive
OMG, Forreal? I literally eat chicken every other day. Oh wow. Very interesting. What's the study behind this? Very curious. Does this apply to turkey too? The rest of this is SO SPOT ON. My immune system is so strong. Throughout pandmc, with everyone around me getting ill, I never caught it not once; never in hospital, hardly ill, very strong, in general. Oh wow! Learning a lot.
This is crazy I cut all them stuff out did not know was the right move luck my blood good cholesterol all was very high my weight great I wish can talk more I'm sharing your word brother
