Awesome videos on the updating of you Workbee to Queenbee... I will do my in the coming week. I just wonder what Hydroponic Pump have you bought to your CNC? Keep up the great jobb...
Hi. Awesome Video, but I have a problem you maybe can help me with. Probing Z and Y are smooth, but when probing X, the Z axis is moving in the + direction. What in the world can this be?? Cannot find anything wrong.
What type of hydroponic pump did you use? I see a variety of different ones from cheap to industrial ones but don't know how much output I want. Also would like to know about the nozzle too... Thanks!
update: I got one from amazon ( www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZG872K4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) and it seems to work great for both aluminum and wood. I hooked it right up to the pump and 3d printed a split for 2 air blasts, Loc Line type tubes 3/8 in diameter. I haven't used it for hours yet but I'm happy so far.
This particular one in picked up from a recycle station. It is 6061. Depending where you are there is usually a metal shop near by that will sell plate aluminum.
I watch all the video hoping listenning to how silent your water cool spindle would be compare to the cheap router used by most of DIY's. Maybe next time :)
this came out in 2020 and im just now getting it recommended

You're an Aussie! Great video mate.
Sure am, Thanks my man!
Hope to see a queen bee upgrade to your Machine.
Have you got any scripts regarding 3 axis probe or z
where did you get the metal plate (aluminum)?

STL for the dust boot ?
what did you used on tape? is it a glue or something else?
Yeah it's the old super glue trick. Blue painters tape on both sides and super glue in between. It's a very common method for this sort of thing.
The real question here is - how much to build one for me? :D
I'll build one for you no issues but shipping a prebuilt unit is going to be a nightmare!

Haha yeah it's a treat compared to my old DeWalt 611 but hardly noticeable once you start cutting.
