people just can't accept jessica's removal was caused by the other girls as well (and pretend they can't even read anymore since she WROTE those exact words) simply because it would destroy whatever fantasy they had about snsd's bond. the 'forever friends betraying each other' is almost impossible to believe, it's easier to pretend some higher power decided for everyone without any of them having a say on the matter. the only thing i'm glad of is that jess is now living her best life !! i'm also glad she's so loved, we need more people like you ♡
@@Serena-Vanderwoodsenthe girls and their parents were seemingly mad that she was starting her fashion brand, so they told her to pick between the group activities and her brand, but she refused to pick so they had her removed from the group. P.S. If someone notices this comment is wrong anywhere, feel free to correct me!
I just can’t wrap up my head around the fact that Koreans are against her not the company or the other members when she’s the one who was treated unfairly.
because she had proved the sosi bond is fake which they can't accept that reality. they want their national girl group stay at a pure/perfect image too much that they want Jessica to be the only villain.
Didn't Taeyeon get hate for this? Also it reminds me of 2ne1. Minzy was blamed for breaking the group apart when it was Yg fault for not managing them.
@@Yointrovert She did because a lot of people thought there was bad blood between her and Jessica before. And why Jessica said she was forced out by the 8 members and the company people found a reason to point fingers on her. But we all know Jessica said clearly the 8 members were responsible.
@@YointrovertTaeyeon initially got hate because she was still dealing with the backlash of dating Baekhyun. People also noticed tension between her & Jessica. Combine that with Taeyeon being the leader, people were definitely going to come for her
My heart still hurts. Back then, sadly i couldn't listen to or support the 8 members fully. I think maybe in the last two years i finally can appreciate the music from 2015- Now. I just dislike how even after majority of the members aren't in sm anymore refuse to talk about or make up. Which backs up they chose to do it. The fact Jessica hasn't spoke negatively about the members despite what they did makes you wonder.
Another point that someone pointed out: Exo was presented with the choice of whether to remove Chen from Exo and despite all the massive protest from the fans, they all decided to keep him in. Same with Sungmin with Super Junior. So yes, the members do have the power to decide things like this. They always move their goal posts because realistically, before 9/30, no one ever questioned the realm of an idol opening a fashion brand and in fact, readily accepted it, both k-fans and I-fans, especially when it came out of Tiffany’s mouth that Jessica was opening one. No one protested it heavily like they did with Chen and Sungmin, and treated it like Yoona with her constant acting gigs. They all of a sudden cannot accept an idol opening a fashion brand even though sooyoung opened one a year later whilst still being in the group? I’m just trying to understand how in terms of fulfilling one’s idol duties according to the logic of the fans: how is raising a family better and closer to the duties of being an idol than running a fashion brand? Perfect video once again starry!

thank you for making these videos I feel that many are just uncomfortable with the possibility of their biases doing anything harmful which is why there’s been so oversimplified/had misinformation spread about this. I love the 8 current members too, but the evidence we have so far points to them initiating Jessica’s removal rather than SM. also I agree completely about what you said about people saying to “get over it it’s been 10 years” and such. no matter how long ago it was, it permanently changed both Jessica’s career and life. would every other kpop fanbase be silent to misinformation still being spread about their faves? anyways, thanks for amplifying a voice that is often ignored when 9/30 is brought up.
and the fact that ot8 are the villain and Jessica is the only victim in this incident, but in reality, Jessica is the only one treated as the villain, got all the blame and still suffering. ot8 has never get any punishment nor feel guilty about it too. ah, it is so unfair. when would they get their karma
thank you so much for watching my videos, i genuinely appreciate it. you know what? i don't even think that's snsd's bond is fake or that their sisterhood is fake - i likely was saying something different when 9/30 first happened but over the years, my perspective changed. i think that jessica's removal forced them to work on their communication and any issues they had. yeah, they did push their bond a lot when they became eight (although that's something they did when they were nine too) and they had to showcase that they moved forward and were fine as eight but at the same time, their sisterhood has always been part of their core, their brand, and their image and it simply switched from being all about nine to eight. we'll never know how much of it is for marketing or if it's real, regardless of them being a nine or eight member group, but i also don't want to be one of those people to say that the eight aren't friends because that's something only the eight of them would know and of course in a nine or eight member group, certain members will be closer to each other than others although i think the eight are all cordial with each other even if they aren't super close or if some are closer to certain members, and as i said above, i think jessica's removal made them realize a lot and work through some things with each other... it's just unfortunate that it happened this way but that's just my opinion. i also don't think that the snsd members are evil or awful people for being involved in her removal and instigating it but it was a huge mistake and it was wrong. i guess people don't want to come to terms with the fact that they were involved because they don't want to think that the people they're a fan of are capable of doing such a thing but at the end of the day, we're all humans. lastly, i want to say that i appreciate your words about me "amplifying a voice that is often ignored when 9/30 is brought up." that's such a lovely thing to say and it's nice to finally see someone sharing the same sentiments about the "it's been ten years, move on" comments or about how they would be in the golden star fandoms' shoes if this happened to their biases or ults.
All the effort you're putting into this video words cannot describe how amazing you are 😭 Details explanation with each proofs coming together. And ofc as always love your voice, very soothing 😢❤❤
Getting back into this again. I just can't stand the lies SONES will spew about Jessica to keep their perfect Soshi bond image intact. So many are so hypocritical as they will yell at Jessica fans to let it rest while keep dragging Jessica's name in the mud. It's just proof how they can't handle their image of the Soshi bond not being like they think so Jessica has to be the villain to make them feel better. Hyoyeon being surprised when Jihyo said Twice cried together at the beginning, and she clarified that the TOGETHER is what shocked her is telling. You're right that the 8 will never say anything as their silence has been so good for them. It will always rub me the wrong way how they act like Jessica never existed. And their song Forever 1 is in such bad taste too after kicking a member out. I was always inclined to believe Jessica even when I didn't know much about it. Mainly because she has NEVER overexaggerated or overdramatized it. She's always been like "Yup, 8 members kicked me out, that's it", and never made claims they bullied her since her trainee days and other things like that. She's just so matter of fact about it and never runs around everywhere to get sympathy. She's really so good and nice about it. And lawsuit-happy SM being quiet is VERY telling that she speaks the truth. I think a lawsuit would reveal to the public things they don't want known and they're really afraid of that. Wow, I never realized Tiffany had so much power and did so much, especially when making demands to SM. Now, I kinda understand why Taeyeon fans sometimes like, and can, claim Tiffany as the instigator to get Jessica removed, and turned Taeyeon against Jessica. Like Taeyeon wasn't a grown woman who has a mind of her own. It's really bizarre how people will baby these grown adult K-POP idols, like they can't make their own decisions. I've seen people blame their parents, which they could have influenced them, but it's still on them. While I think something must have instigated them to kick Jessica suddenly, as it's weird it took that long for them to be against her brand, at the end of the day they still made that decision. EXO proved the voting on keeping a member in or out is true, which further proves Jessica right, is hilarious. I saw someone talking about posts revealing what happened always got deleted soon, which I wouldn't be surprised about. They also said one of the posts claimed that it took 4 rounds of voting till all agreed to kick her out. Who knows, but it's interesting. SM is such a frustrating company with how they can't stand someone leaving them and being successful. And how they handle scandals is really... It reminds me of Irene's scandal, with her antis saying her apologizing being proof what the stylist said is correct. But then at the same time, when it's a boy group member who apologizes, they say it's not proof, as SM always makes their artists apologize no matter if it's true or not. When these people want someone to be a villain, they won't listen to any evidence even if it comes from a courthouse.
@rosenightingale5611 it's not about one member in particular having power - i just wanted to show that the members can/did have their opinions factored into their music, concepts, outfits since sones always argue that because they have no say in those things, they couldn't have possibly had a say in jessica's removal - i never thought this argument made any sense and never understood the correlation because what do concepts, outfits, and music have to do with something as serious as instigating a members' removal or wanting her out of the group? and... they actually did have a say in the aforementioned things. lol. tiffany just happened to be more vocal and involved when it came to the music, outfits, and concepts, so that's why she's mentioned a lot although there were other members too who were involved in those aspects with writing lyrics and picking outfits. i don't want tiffany or any of the members singled out for this being pointed out, i only brought it up to counter the lies and excuses. after all, jessica's removal was was a group decision made by all eight.
@@starrygoldensky Yeah, I understand that, they all definitely have a lot of power. It's just it reminded me of what I've seen some people say. It definitely was a group decision.
@@rosenightingale5611 i get what you're saying! throughout the years, i've seen people shift the blame amongst certain members to try to assuage blame from the members they particularly stan/bias or like. that's why there's always been so much "but i heard member a wanted jessica out" "no, i heard it was member d and g!" i'm not sure why they do that, all it does is keep rumors going instead of just owning up to it being a group decision by all eight.
@@starrygoldensky Exactly. While there is a possibility some members may have wanted her out more than others, they still all came to the same decision in the end. We'll never know how the voting happened, and how each member came to vote Jessica out, unless they tell it, which won't happen. The only reliable info is all 8 voted her out and SM blacklisted her, anything else is speculation. I think people want to blame others to protect their bias's image. They just can't accept that their faves can be normal humans, make mistakes, and hurt others at times, which happens in all relationships.
Also, remember how Krystal has avoided the SNSD members as well after her removal. If they didn't have anything to do with it, she wouldn't have been acting awkward with the other 8 members after Jessica was kicked out of the group. You can even see her leaving immediately when she was on the same stage as Taeyeon on a music show.
someone actually asked about krystal in another comment on this video and this is what i said: "i think the only thing that's been discussed about krystal in regards to 9/30 is how she has not interacted with the girls' generation members since jessica's removal. there are actually quite a few of her stans who don't like her being mentioned when it comes to jessica's removal because they feel that it brings hate towards her. however, the observation that she hasn't interacted with any of the girls' generation members is true even though they don't like that being pointed out." i know the music show stage you're referring to, it was said that taeyeon wasn't there that day but her song had won. some krystal stans also don't like this being mentioned either because they feel that it just causes tension between them and sones and they would rather not have that. i completely understand not wanting krystal to be used as a chess piece for fanwars or arguments when it comes to 9/30 or jessica's removal but there's also nothing wrong with people pointing out observations. krystal was actually... i don't know if close is the right word? but she was close or friendly with some of the snsd members before jessica's removal happened - she was close enough with tiffany to send her messages + krystal went with yoona to see jessica's legally blonde musical and at the end of smtown concerts, there were moments where her and yoona would be goofing off together.
@@starrygoldensky Krystal also got a raw deal from SM; all of f(x) did. Sulli ended up ⚰ because SM throws their artists under the bus and doesn't stand up for them. But then again most SK corporations do. F(x) was enticed into renewing their contracts by one measly three-day-four-performance tour, then stuffed in the dungeon and kept out of circulation. SM didn't know what do do with f(x) or how to make money from them, but they knew that someone else could have, and they made damn sure to keep that from happening. f(x) is the group that got me into kpop, so seeing both Jung sisters get shafted has got me admittedly a bit salty about SM. Permanently.
@@starrygoldensky I think I heard Krystal went with Yoona to a funeral (can't remember if Sulli's or someone else) or am I remembering wrong? Yoona and Sunny are really the only ones I'm able to give a benefit of a doubt to.
@rosenightingale5611 sulli's funeral was private, although people were able to confirm that the other four f(x) members attended. it was reported that iu was at the funeral home for all three days that the wake + funeral procession took place and then later on, an article came out about krystal also being at the funeral home for all three days - people were leaving malicious comments about her not posting anything on social media in regards to sulli's passing and then insiders came out saying that she was there for all three days since sulli's passing and was involved in the proceedings. source: x.com/OH_mes2/status/1184750104705585152 www.koreaboo.com/news/insiders-reveal-krystal-sulli-funeral-3-day/ however, jonghyun's funeral was public... there are even videos showing most of the celebrities that arrived to pay their respects. krystal could be seen arriving with managers + staff. yoona could be seen arriving with yuri, along with managers + staff. during the procession or near the end of it, krystal could be seen standing behind or near kangta and siwon (if i'm remembering correctly) just as the casket was finished being put into the car.
That TikToker saying Jessica got kicked out for wanting more money from SM right after saying check your sources and don't believe made up narratives 🤦🏽♀️
I think Korean collectivism did really play role in this episode. Girls Generation members and Jessica herself did say many times that all decisions are made by the group.
as an ex sone i really hope that someday everything will clear up for everyone, also twitter is literally a h3llhole, the algorithm pushes posts that cause rage for more interactions
I'm so glad you've been willing to discuss the facts about all of this. One person I worry about the most with all of this is my bias, Sunny. She's done her best to bounce back since then, but of the girls I think she was definitely the most impacted. Since these things do get put to a vote, I'm fairly certain the 'majority' decision was reached with a 5-3, and my gut's telling me since she'd released that song on her Radio DJ set that she was sad to see the cards fall where they did. I'm really happy for Jessica's success these days, but I think I have to admit to myself that outside of Sunny's legitimately mournful state post-Shenzhen, the lack of regret(is that the right word?) threw my favorites for a loop. Thank you for sharing your insights with us, and as a hopeful SONE, I just pray at the end of the day that they're able to heal, even if outside of the spotlight.
I think I mostly agree with this video. The other members were certainly responsible for Jessica's removal. Although kpop trainees have very little say over their direction, if the group takes off like SNSD, the popular members gain a lot of leverage. The whole affair was terrible for SM and very much against their self interest. SNSD were their golden goose. There was a leaks page years ago which detailed everything pretty much exactly as it occurs in the novel - so the general outline of events from there seems likely. If the issue was with SM, they'd have all stayed in touch and probably even have reunited as OT9 given many of the others are no longer with SM anyway. Companies don't have grudges and really only care about cash. All I'd say is we don't have the other members' side of the story other than a vague statement from SM. I know there're the videos of Jessica attending practices, but this is perhaps not the whole story. If there were personal disagreements, as well as her having perhaps slightly more difficult scheduling challenges than the others, it becomes very tricky for the team to work together (X member and Jessica aren't speaking, try to organise a practice for Y date, Jess isn't available - it compounds the issue). I get the point that other members had projects, but a business is different to filming a movie, it requires constant work. To be clear, I like Jessica, but she seems to have quite a blunt, independent personality sometimes and there are some perfectionistic personalities in the group, so the potential for conflict is certainly there. There are hints that not all the members were happy to see her leave but still voted her out for the sake of maintaining unity. At a guess, I'd say Sunny and Hyo (who appear very genuine, actual friends irl and were visibly upset), and maaayyybe Tiffany in a 5-3 split, 8-0 vote. The NDA could be for 20 years, so we might hear more at that point. As mentioned, the real failure though is with SM for not mediating the issue effectively and managing the transition of everyone to their solo projects in a smooth and professional way. If this had been properly handled, more minor personal disagreements could have been forgiven with time and space. Jess could even have been put in a sub unit - have a ballad/R&B group TaeTiSeo, a dance/hip-hop group with SooSunHyo, and may be a pop/glam group (Eureka) with Yoona, Yuri and Jessica) 3 subunits are much easier to manage than 9 members who are each quite successful. Even if Jess could have simply shown up professionally for the occasional comeback every 2-3 years, without doing TV shows etc, it would have been nice.
Imo, Sm could have asked them to go on break. I feel that managing subunits would still cause tension between them and the public. Im extremely surprised that she never got a solo in SM.Tgat would have been reasonable.BTW, Jessica was supposed to be a duo unit with Krystal. They even made an album as well.
coming to my videos saying: "the members being involved in jessica's removal is a fan theory" will get your comment deleted because jessica herself said that the members were involved in her removal. sm made the final decision to remove her, yes, but her removal was instigated by the members. i believe the person that the situation involved firsthand over what anyone on twitter or what any youtube commenter has to say. if you don't want to believe jessica, that's up to you, but i do believe her and i'll be damned if anyone comes to the comment sections of my videos trying to create more lies and theories because they are in denial and can't come to terms with the fact that the members had involvement in her removal and don't want anyone else to come to terms with the fact that the members were involved. why should i dismiss what jessica said because you choose to be in disbelief? coming to my videos asking about the vote rumor, if the members are in contact with jessica or if jessica is in contact with them or some of them, or speculating that certain members wanted jessica out or that certain members didn't want her in the sub-unit, will also be deleted. we're not doing that here.
@@starrygoldensky imho i dont think that every girl wanted her out and i think sm had a bigger hand in this all than people think but who knows… would be interested for an honest tell all but sm did admit to much between the lines in their official letter that most people just look over.
@@Isabellawithsnsd9 jessica knows as it was a situation that involved her firsthand and there's never been anything to refute what she's said other than people in her former fandom who don't want to come to terms with the members instigating her removal. jessica said the issue stemmed from the members rather than sm so i believe her first and foremost about that over anyone else's opinions or thoughts on the internet. her official statement and weibo posts gave us insight, she doesn't need to write a tell all or an autobiography for us to know what happened when she already told us. we'll never know if some members didn't want her out but jessica kept saying "eight others" for a reason.
@@starrygoldensky omg this became longer than intended but TL:DR - i still think everyone who was involved should speak about what happened despite it being very clear that jessica was in fact kicked. i want everyones side, not just one side and SMs lol cause SM has always been trash. but trust me i have always been on jessicas side since i learnt about it, i always say she was kicked when people say she left. cause she was. why else would she renew her contract for three years with snsd like it doesnt make any sense. also to see how many of their shared friendships (between ot9) have ended up with them being with jessica makes you think twice tbh. the longer part: truthfully though i would rather want an honest tell all from everyone involved, not just one side (but silence is also everything after SO many years and 4/8 out of SM). despite jessica being the victim is 100% the truth in this situation. SHE WAS KICKED and unfairly so. but yeah, jessica told her side back in 2014 with her letters + a few interviews after where she has hinted at it, but i dont think its fair to judge her fiction books as to what really happened (her books are sadly why so many ot8 fans hate her, most of them were neutral until she decided to do all that. trust me, defending jessica in the snsd subreddit is hell). the 8 others havent mentiond her (exepct hyoyeon who said "hello jessica jung" on her tiktok live because it was someones nickname), but i find it weird that some of them likes posts (yuri as an example) of her and mentioned they were 9 (sooyoung, hyoyeon, yuri as examples) etc. sm only mentioned her leaving in 2014 and in 2015 when her contract was terminated... but the face she was ERASED from snsds history is truly crazy and i wonder why she didnt sue them when the contract was terminated or whatever... like the holiday night photobook having no photos of ot9... or jaejae cutting her outta pictures... like thats childish af. but ngl i think its easy to group the 8 of them together rather than be specific and mention their names individually like in her statement. she said "sm and the 8 others have informed me" so, it wasnt just the girls only... i also believe that it was one of a gradual change than a "we all want you out" asap but thats my opinion. i also think sm is to blame in the situation, because in the end they are the company... it shows how two faced a company can be (i personally believe sm wanted some of her money from B&E, she said no, so the company influenced the members to make it seem like a bad decision and the most "powerful" or popular members fell for it). to not put any blame on SM is insane when they wrote "we have pulled the 8-membered activites earlier than planned". its weird because again, sm states that jessica wanted out, jessica said she didnt. which makes sense because duh she just renewed for 3 years. like sm fumbled hard because they didnt expect her to drop a statement that fast. but im curious to where she said the problem stemmed from the members? i re-read her statements and it seems very vague and more of a "the company went back on their words and the girls agree with sm". like which sentence do you mean cause im honestly curious? off topic but damn it makes me curious about the friendships that they have shared before 140930 and after... like the friendship the fx girlies has to jessica and ot8. krystal is a given, but it seems like amber quit talking to SNSD after she got out of sm (she did a song with taeyeon where she asked taeyeon directly to collab in 2015... would be weird to ask your bandmates sister ex-member to collab but that might be me only... because now she is besties with jessica ive seen and they collabed for jessicas album in 2023). also ireneisgood stopped hanging out with snsd in 2015/2016? and has hung out with jessica since so i believe that jessica is the innocent one... so dont get me wrong lmfao ive always been on her side since day one!
@@Isabellawithsnsd9 i also want to hear what the members have to say but it's been silence for 10 years. naturally, i'm going to believe one of the people out of the nine that was involved in the situation firsthand who actually has things to substantiate her side of what happened, over waiting around for a 10 year silence to be broken. lol. i don't use the fictional books as proof of what went down, i trust what she said in her weibo post and official statement. i'm not denying that she said "sm and eight others" either. i'm merely saying that she said it was a group decision made by the eight of them; therefore, there's no need to single out certain members (not that i'm saying she would do that) when it was a group decision. quite frankly, i don't care about some of the members liking pictures in regards to jessica or ot9 nor do i care about hyoyeon reading that fan's nickname or comment on instagram live - none of these things mean anything to me nor are they proof of anything. i also have zero energy to discuss this or go back and forth with people who parade around the "sm wanted a cut of her business and she wouldn't give it to them" argument or excuse when that's been debunked as well and it was heavily rumored that there was a contract in place for sm to receive a percentage of royalties from blanc & eclare and she did write about this in bright but again, i don't rely on fictional novels and rumors as proof: sm allowed b&e to be used as product placement in jessica & krystal. sm used and promoted b&e sunglasses in a film they co-produced before jessica got removed from snsd. sm's artists except the snsd members (obviously) have worn b&e throughout the years. in her official statement, she says that the members presented her with an ultimatum a month after the launch of blanc (that's what i'm referring to in regards to the issue/conflict stemming from the members, not sm) she said the ultimatum was unfair then approached sm for clarification about it, and sm gave her permission for a second time to continue doing both. at the end of the day, you're going to have your thoughts about what went down and that's your right, i respect that but i'm honestly getting tired of discussing this with people who always seem to go back to the "but we don't really know what happened because the eight haven't spoken up" or bringing up debunked arguments "sm wanted her out because they weren't getting a cut of her brand" it's just tiresome. anyway, you have a good day and this is my last response in regards to this. i'm glad she released the fictional novels. i said it before and i'll say it again: if people choose to take the fictional plot elements in either of the novels and assign them to the members, that's their own doing and responsibility. people who were "neutral" before the novels were never truly neutral. they would either disregard or overlook what jessica said about what happened in favor of the silence from the other eight. people were going to continue to like/dislike her regardless of the novels. she gets hate from a lot of people in her former fandom regardless of what she does. she can't even celebrate her debut anniversary without getting hate from them.
the disqus comments on that pannchoa post got me so annoyed lol. i was probably the one who downvoted almost all the comments there 😂 it's crazy that they always claim we don't know the full story when jessica literally already explained how and why it happened. the fact that her story never changes and has no inconsistencies, with no one on the other side even rebutting it until today, speaks volumes. but people still refuse to believe her because they simply don't want to because if they do, that means they have to acknowledge that the other eight members could be the ones in the wrong and they don't want that. they want jessica to be the villain.
Thank you so much for the vid!!! You're real for this!! /// also I agree with you so much about the book, like it's fiction, sure there's references to real life, but that's it... references, like 9 and cucumbers and kpop.... it's ultimately fiction
hopefully that's something they will do on their own terms and not because of the wishes of others - hurt was caused, and damage was done. if that's something they all happen to work through together, that would be great but if not, that's completely understandable too.
i just checked and it's showing the entire thread for me! i wonder if something weird was going on with the link, try this one: x.com/WithLoveGS/status/1403446465876434949
question: i have read jessica's book, but if jessica was faced with ultimatum of "either quit snsd or stop the fashion line", why couldnt she find the loop hole of transferring to ownership to "alex" aka tyler kwon? from the book, tyler kwon was already a big investor and have experience in the fashion industry, plus jessica never showed any interested in the business aspect of things, she was more focused on designing.
imagine if she broke up with tyler? if jessica gives her brand ownership to tyler in could have been worse since tyler is known for his bad reputation in the past. Maybe Jessica couldn't trust him completely cuz at that time their relationship is still not that long
that's a question i cannot answer but based on her official statement, she said that business contracts were already finalized (which they were, she had one finalized with lane crawford in early september 2014, blanc & eclare's official twitter even posted about it) when the members presented her with the ultimatum and that she couldn't back out of the contracts and that the ultimatum was unfair. so, i'm assuming she did want to be involved in the business aspect of it to an extent as her brand was something she was also passionate about and would want to be involved every step of the way? however, sm still gave her permission twice to do her business activities and be in girls' generation so even if that's something she could've done, in terms of transferring ownership, she shouldn't have had to do that if she had the go ahead to do both and the second time she got permission was when she went to sm to get clarification about the ultimatum the members presented to her.
@@starrygoldensky ah interesting point. also has anyone discussed Krystal? Krystal was the It-Girl for SM that brought in lots of money, and I don't think she was ever blacklisted. in the book, she received an anonymous text that they were coming after Krystal as well. also, if the ultimatum was unfair and she already has contract signed and permission from SM but SM then kicks her out and blacklists her, she never filed a lawsuit against SM....(?) was it all to protect Krystal? Maybe you can make a part 3 of the video :)
@clippyland i think the only thing that's been discussed about krystal in regards to 9/30 is how she has not interacted with the girls' generation members since jessica's removal. there are actually quite a few of her stans who don't like her being mentioned when it comes to jessica's removal because they feel that it brings hate towards her. however, the observation that she hasn't interacted with any of the girls' generation members is true even though they don't like that being pointed out. i'm assuming jessica didn't pursue a lawsuit against sm because if you go based on her novels (i don't like to rely on the novels or rumors but there is actual proof that sm didn't have any issues with her brand) there was a contract in place for sm to receive a percentage of royalties from blanc & eclare, and they supported it and maybe she didn't see the need to file a lawsuit since her and sm were able to come to an agreement to terminate her contract early and that's all she wanted? or maybe she didn't want to deal with a legal battle although some have speculated that she possibly held off from pursuing one because krystal was still signed to sm? but these are all just assumptions and speculations and things we won't have answers to unless jessica herself was to tell us why she didn't bother to pursue legal action against sm. there was also speculation that sm isn't directly blacklisting her but it's moreso indirect (however, if this were true, it's still happening based on their influence and they still deserve to be blamed) meaning that due to what happened with jyj, it's possible the broadcasting companies, etc. decided on their own not to work with her to avoid any negative repercussions from sm that could've potentially stemmed from working with jessica. i'm not going to say that i won't be creating anymore videos because we all see how that worked out the past few times i said it, lol. but i probably won't be creating a part three since i'm not sure what could actually be discussed for there to be a part three.
Am I wrong that I still love the group and also love Jess? I mean I believe the soshibond is not fake..well for the others 8. And I still love and listen to all of their musics including their solos and Jessica's songs too.
people have been flocking to the comment sections of the videos and trying to spread their own false narratives or theories based on what they think - if you try it, it will not be entertained and it will be deleted.
if you have something to say that is a theory, you have a platform (by platform i am referring to all forms of social media, not just youtube, so no, i'm not telling anyone that they have to become a youtuber and create youtube videos about the situation for their opinion to count) utilize it and voice that there but do not come to my videos trying to perpetuate more lies, false narratives, theories, and rumors in the comment section.
if you try it, just know that your comment will be deleted, nor will i argue with you! 😊

people just can't accept jessica's removal was caused by the other girls as well (and pretend they can't even read anymore since she WROTE those exact words) simply because it would destroy whatever fantasy they had about snsd's bond. the 'forever friends betraying each other' is almost impossible to believe, it's easier to pretend some higher power decided for everyone without any of them having a say on the matter.
the only thing i'm glad of is that jess is now living her best life !! i'm also glad she's so loved, we need more people like you ♡
they are pretending ot8 are babies who can't take any responsibility
ah, thank you so much for your sweet comment, i truly appreciate it! 😊💕
How was it caused by the other girls?? Sorry, I’m new to SNSD! 😅
I love that you always bring receipts! Instead of making up your own narrating wholesale like people in so many of those pannachoa comments
i'm always appreciative of the fact that you're consistently showing support for my videos. i can't thank you enough! 🥺🩷
Right? Their source being some random comment on a messaging board 😭
Jessica deserved better. It's good that she's in a better place now.
Perfect video once again starry!
sooyoung actually had a brand before Jessica
@@ywc9644 are you talking about beaming effect? it was actually launched in 2015, after b&e. but there was a rumor that she was supposed to have a clothing brand named on & on in 2013.

thank you for making these videos I feel that many are just uncomfortable with the possibility of their biases doing anything harmful which is why there’s been so oversimplified/had misinformation spread about this.
All the effort you're putting into this video words cannot describe how amazing you are 😭
Details explanation with each proofs coming together. And ofc as always love your voice, very soothing 😢❤❤
thank you so much! 🩷
Jessica is always so beautiful & graceful, the way she talks, the way she carries herself is just so graceful. I really love her.
Also, remember how Krystal has avoided the SNSD members as well after her removal. If they didn't have anything to do with it, she wouldn't have been acting awkward with the other 8 members after Jessica was kicked out of the group. You can even see her leaving immediately when she was on the same stage as Taeyeon on a music show.
someone actually asked about krystal in another comment on this video and this is what i said: "i think the only thing that's been discussed about krystal in regards to 9/30 is how she has not interacted with the girls' generation members since jessica's removal. there are actually quite a few of her stans who don't like her being mentioned when it comes to jessica's removal because they feel that it brings hate towards her. however, the observation that she hasn't interacted with any of the girls' generation members is true even though they don't like that being pointed out."
i know the music show stage you're referring to, it was said that taeyeon wasn't there that day but her song had won. some krystal stans also don't like this being mentioned either because they feel that it just causes tension between them and sones and they would rather not have that. i completely understand not wanting krystal to be used as a chess piece for fanwars or arguments when it comes to 9/30 or jessica's removal but there's also nothing wrong with people pointing out observations. krystal was actually... i don't know if close is the right word? but she was close or friendly with some of the snsd members before jessica's removal happened - she was close enough with tiffany to send her messages + krystal went with yoona to see jessica's legally blonde musical and at the end of smtown concerts, there were moments where her and yoona would be goofing off together.
@rosenightingale5611 sulli's funeral was private, although people were able to confirm that the other four f(x) members attended. it was reported that iu was at the funeral home for all three days that the wake + funeral procession took place and then later on, an article came out about krystal also being at the funeral home for all three days - people were leaving malicious comments about her not posting anything on social media in regards to sulli's passing and then insiders came out saying that she was there for all three days since sulli's passing and was involved in the proceedings.

however, jonghyun's funeral was public... there are even videos showing most of the celebrities that arrived to pay their respects. krystal could be seen arriving with managers + staff. yoona could be seen arriving with yuri, along with managers + staff. during the procession or near the end of it, krystal could be seen standing behind or near kangta and siwon (if i'm remembering correctly) just as the casket was finished being put into the car.
@@starrygoldensky Thanks! All of the info got jumbled in my head again it seems.
That TikToker saying Jessica got kicked out for wanting more money from SM right after saying check your sources and don't believe made up narratives 🤦🏽♀️
The embarrassment is real
I think Korean collectivism did really play role in this episode. Girls Generation members and Jessica herself did say many times that all decisions are made by the group.
Wasn't it Sooyoung, who mainly mentions this. The last time I heard it last year, everyone was awkward.
as an ex sone i really hope that someday everything will clear up for everyone, also twitter is literally a h3llhole, the algorithm pushes posts that cause rage for more interactions
Poor Jessica, what a betrayal😢💔
coming to my videos saying: "the members being involved in jessica's removal is a fan theory" will get your comment deleted because jessica herself said that the members were involved in her removal. sm made the final decision to remove her, yes, but her removal was instigated by the members. i believe the person that the situation involved firsthand over what anyone on twitter or what any youtube commenter has to say.
if you don't want to believe jessica, that's up to you, but i do believe her and i'll be damned if anyone comes to the comment sections of my videos trying to create more lies and theories because they are in denial and can't come to terms with the fact that the members had involvement in her removal and don't want anyone else to come to terms with the fact that the members were involved. why should i dismiss what jessica said because you choose to be in disbelief?
coming to my videos asking about the vote rumor, if the members are in contact with jessica or if jessica is in contact with them or some of them, or speculating that certain members wanted jessica out or that certain members didn't want her in the sub-unit, will also be deleted. we're not doing that here.
Ukiss just did a reunion with a member who was forced to leave the group. Why can't they act like adults and just reconcile amd bring her back
this being recommended to me after hyoyeon said jessicas entire name on her tiktok live is almost ironic
that's interesting.
@@starrygoldensky imho i dont think that every girl wanted her out and i think sm had a bigger hand in this all than people think but who knows… would be interested for an honest tell all
but sm did admit to much between the lines in their official letter that most people just look over.
@@starrygoldensky omg this became longer than intended but TL:DR - i still think everyone who was involved should speak about what happened despite it being very clear that jessica was in fact kicked. i want everyones side, not just one side and SMs lol cause SM has always been trash. but trust me i have always been on jessicas side since i learnt about it, i always say she was kicked when people say she left. cause she was. why else would she renew her contract for three years with snsd like it doesnt make any sense. also to see how many of their shared friendships (between ot9) have ended up with them being with jessica makes you think twice tbh.
the longer part:
truthfully though i would rather want an honest tell all from everyone involved, not just one side (but silence is also everything after SO many years and 4/8 out of SM). despite jessica being the victim is 100% the truth in this situation.
It breaks my heart still to this day.
👏👏👏 RECEIPT! RECEIPT! RECEIPT!
Perfect video as always
thank you! 🩷
Thank you so much for the vid!!! You're real for this!! /// also I agree with you so much about the book, like it's fiction, sure there's references to real life, but that's it... references, like 9 and cucumbers and kpop.... it's ultimately fiction
I love your videos and they are so good
thank you so much! 😊
Soshi bond is fake. Period.
I just wish one day they can reunite, not as a group again, just openly be friends and perform together 😭😭
I doubt it. Jessica was really hurted by the ones she trusted
hopefully that's something they will do on their own terms and not because of the wishes of others - hurt was caused, and damage was done. if that's something they all happen to work through together, that would be great but if not, that's completely understandable too.
most cases, people won't befriend with their ex-friends nor ex-boy/girlfriends even ex-wife/husband because they were not broke up for no reason.
The link to the twt thread leads to a deleted post now 😭
i just checked and it's showing the entire thread for me! i wonder if something weird was going on with the link, try this one: x.com/WithLoveGS/status/1403446465876434949
question: i have read jessica's book, but if jessica was faced with ultimatum of "either quit snsd or stop the fashion line", why couldnt she find the loop hole of transferring to ownership to "alex" aka tyler kwon? from the book, tyler kwon was already a big investor and have experience in the fashion industry, plus jessica never showed any interested in the business aspect of things, she was more focused on designing.
imagine if she broke up with tyler? if jessica gives her brand ownership to tyler in could have been worse since tyler is known for his bad reputation in the past.
Tyler was just her boyfriend and still is, not her husband.
For me, snsd ends in 2014
8 VS 1, and her voice was all over gg music and she was popular and famous for being pretty naturally - I'll always see it as jealousy
Am I wrong that I still love the group and also love Jess? I mean I believe the soshibond is not fake..well for the others 8. And I still love and listen to all of their musics including their solos and Jessica's songs too.
no, that's not wrong at all. support and love both if that's what you want to do. 😊
