Totally agree, I put an excess of aluminum parts including the chassis and lost about 10km / h of speed, in addition to the weight and inertia the blows were more disastrous. Thanks to you, a hug!
Looking good. Just got the same foams for my 959B today. Couple of days ago, I got the front&rear basher bumpers from T-Bone Racing, for my XSTR PRO. Perfect fit and looks great, needed slightly longer screws, no problem. Good luck getting over the 60 mark!!!
I learned of them on a different UTUBE site then found them on EBAY. I believe under TBONE BASHER BUMPER or you can buy directly from T-Bone Racing, front part# 470011 & rear part# 47002. Hi can you give me advice I’ve done full alloy upgrade to my hsp monster truck the servo saver works for a while. When I tighten the feral down on the spring after using the car for a while the feral then moves up and goes all baggy and the steering does not recentralise I’ve tried putting washers to keep feral in place but then as time goes on it Jams up it’s driving me mad lol. on off on off any clues would be great. Many thanks.
hey man, i really love your xstr i have two and ive been curious, were did you get your pinion gear, im gonna install a semi 8th scsle motor on my xstr, all do you have a link for that pinion gear youre using? thanks in advance,i love youre build.
To be fair bruv can remember as I had it a long time ago and I've completely change every part to metal upgrades. But I would say defo check diffs I think you will be better off putting thicker diff fluid in for better performance.
I’ve got the same car and the front shocks bend till they don’t move and the front shock towers bend all the time that is with aluminium shock towers and the car is stock.
My shock towers keep bending, any ideas for stronger replacements? When it flips, they hit the ground and bend backwards... also drive shaft spits out. Have tried Locktight on the allen head grub screws, no luck... any advice? Otherwise love it. Thanks for the vids.
Yeah you'll defo need upgraded shock tower and try putting rubber small o rings the cups to fill cap so the driver shaft doesn't slide back and forth and it being rubber help soak up shocks in drive train. Thanks for watching bruv much appreciated 💯👊🏾

That thing is a RIG!! Btw I run a hsp brontosaurus I also run a surpass hobby 3300 kv, could please link that heatsink fan for the motor? Getting a hobby wing 120A esc so looking to run 4s lipo. The motor already gets super hot on 3s so yeah.
Sorry mate I never seen this messages my bad. But 120A esc will and 3300kv 4s motor shouldn't really get hot but fan does help. Look for hobbywing fan that fit 3650 or 3660 can size. On Ebay their loads to choose from.
Hi, I bought a heatsink and fan for my xstr pro motor on Amazon, just search with the diameter and you'll find quickly what you're searching. This piece is really important, because my BLDC motor turns really hot in 3s, so in 4s it will be hotter and could burn.

If you buy the pair pinion and spur gear for hsp in 48d 30t. I brought it from Ebay their loads of sizes bigger as well. Just search 30t pinion 48d
Just ordered the Xstr top version. Do the diffs need to be greased straight away before running ? Nice upgrades you’ve done. 👍🏻

i never bent shocks but bent shock towers a few times to.

nice but does it bottom out completely?? if not, the dogbones r too long. thats the main prob with these models
I've stop it bottoming out now and dogbone have been good so far.
