This version of Rulue's theme is DEFINATLEY better than her 20th theme.
It kind says "I will take you on and take you down!" unlike her 20th theme were it kind of said "I am pretty and I hate dirt." (At least that's how I see/ hear it)

That... is a pretty good way to put it as, actually. Rulue's 15th theme is energetic while still keeping a sense of grace, while her 20th theme does feel a bit too "generic refined lady".

Given the fact that Rulue in 20th hangs around the Windmill Flower Field a lot, i think the 20th suits her (the other theme suit her as well) seeing how all those flowers come out when she talks.Try playing Gust mode when you have Rulue 20th playing and you see what I mean.
I beg to differ. This version lacks the PP20 version's undiluted pep.
I think we would reach peak Rulue theme if we somehow found a way to combine elements from 20th theme AND 15th theme. That however sounds hard to do given how different the two themes are.

First time I heard this was around the time I discovered Puyo Puyo for the first time. Listening to it now just reminds me why I gush over Rulue so much... Of course that means I like the song!
