The video inspired me and became very useful to me. All the styles used in their right propotion to a given situation will trigger enthusiasm amongst followers. The element of trust in the leader and amongst the team members will crop up and this will work better for the organisations. A leader for sure must be result oriented and once he does this all team members will follow and the organisation will strategically position itself on a competitive map. This video was really useful and gave a great summary to some key leadership styles, but I couldn't stand the constant referral to a leader as 'he'/ 'him'. Leaders are not just males, and this video surely needs updating to reflect that.

how do you describe your leadership styles? thank you for uploading this video of course leadership is quite different than management. you can be a good leadership if you have clear tunnel visions about what you are doing or you will do.
