Try Flipendo right after the unblockable red attack when he slams his club on the ground. He will hit himself. ;) Also, just mindlessly spamming spells isn't very effective. Especially if they don't do anything to a specific enemy (e.g. Levioso or Accio on a troll). Try spell combinations instead i.e. Glacius + Diffindo deals MASSIVE damage, use Depulso to shove heavy objects in the troll's face etc. :)
