Hi Nicolas, I'm always intrigued by someone in the West interested in TCM Healing. I am very drawn to TCM myself. I've been challenged by many health issues and I want to focus now on Ancient food to heal my body. That's why I've just bought the book via Amazon that you have recommended in your video - Ancient Wisdom Modern Kitchen. I'm also practising qigong at the moment. By the way, I will spend some time to watch your videos. Thanks for sharing your experience and wisdom. High 5 🙂

Thank you for your explanations. Very useful. However, Er Xian tang is not just for symptoms of menopause. It was recently used and studied for recurrent UTI’s due to Yin and Yang deficiency of Ki. There is more to this formula than meets the effects of the herbs in it, plus it contains less cloying herbs.

I'm working on re-making the videos for the herb courses right now, but I want to get back into that. I'll probably start on the channel videos next year.

Good one. Wondering why some practitioners don’t provide the tcm diagnosis? Even if patients don’t understand it should be provided without having to ask. Jmo
