- We’re making a chicken brooder out of an IBC Tote. I decided to repurpose this instead of cutting it up for trash. I think it turned out great and made an excellent brooder for our Barred Rock laying hens!

So smart and beautiful work!!
Thank you! 😊 I appreciate you commenting. I felt it was a good way to re-purpose the IBC bladder and make something useful out of it.

Thanks for subbing! I appreciate it 🤘🏻
I was happy with the way this brooder turned out and I didn’t have hardly any $$ in it. Thanks again for watching and commenting!

Thank you! I appreciate you subscribing and commenting. It worked out really well
Great job! I've used a Rubbermaid tub for years but it's so big and bulky. I have 3 IBC tote bladders outside. I think I might just build a couple of these!
It worked out really well! Once they came out if it, I cleaned it out and stored it in the barn for the next batch of chicks.
Good job and good way to repurpose scraps
Thank you. It’s working great so far! I have 10 chickens in it now that are around 1 month old

You did a great job on the construction. Impressive use of your jigs, too.
Thank you! I like the way it turned out and. It’s very sturdy and pretty mobile. Thanks for watching 👌🏻
Sr I got to say that look awesome but seeing all your tools on the floor makes my knees hurt
Thank you, yes I tend to get wrapped up in something and end up in the floor 😂🤷🏼♂️ it doesn’t bother my knees but my back definitely bothers me. I’m trying to be better about elevating my work to keep from making it worse
Thanks for sharing!
No problem. It turned out pretty well I believe. I think the hardware cloth was the biggest expense. Everything else I had laying around to re-use
