What I appreciate from these buds which I purchased is that their super light and they are not stuck in your ear canal as you have to do with all others. So I can hear music and still be connected around me. The low bass doesn't bother me as I am balancing all of the other things including the wife yelling at me 😁
Watching this with one link bud. I find the double tap to be more consistent if I tap the back of my ear. It also works if I tap the side of my helmet when I am wearing it

Thanks for the review. I have tried bone conduction headphones, but they sounds awful and are not very friendly to carrying around while not using them.

Nice review, but I have already left the market, a few years ago with AirPod Pros. I have no dissatisfaction with the current AirPod Pros, as an owner within the Apple ecosystem. Other than... Waiting for when they release the AirPod Pro 2s.

Does anyone have a feature/setting to delay video to match the Bluetooth audio delay? It would be nice for basic video editing, or any video consumption. That wireless delay makes it less than fully enjoyable.

I find my airpods still hurt my ears. Looking for something for long wear but doesn't hurt my ear, the sony linkbuds might just be what I am looking for.
Mentioning that they don't get super loud. Those buds getting super loud would counteract the whole point of the earbud itself. The louder your music / audio, the less connected to your surroundings you are and the point of these buds is to keep you connected (or "linked") to your surroundings. The max volume of these is most likely very intentional.
I am loving this earbuds and I'm not having problems with the max volume, I do a lot a voice call and I don't use them to the max, by the way the voicecalls are pleasure with this Sony, maybe it's not a product for everyone but for my are almost perfect

I find that putting the clear bass to 10 gives it just the right amount of bass

They sound pretty loud to me.
I wanted to love these but they hurt my ears after only about 20 minutes in, so i wound up returning them.
