I am deeply disappointed due to the % of ads compared to actual info on the Notes App. As a very long follower I hope this was a one-off video. It appears many others agree in the comments.
Hey Chris, I’m new to your channel. I have a question. I use notes for everything special notes, important notes. The other day I accidentally deleted my folders with all my sub folders that have been saved since 2018. I went to recently deleted and they’re not there. I cannot find them at all. I went to Apple support to find out how I can retract them. They had nothing on it. It is an iCloud by the way. This happened to me sometime earlier this year with one of my notes that I accidentally deleted and could not find that one note. Now we’re talking about about 100 notes in my folder and sub folder. I hope you can help. SOS Thanks
I created a collapsible list. Cool. Works like I want BUT I want to create another separate list a few lines down. Notes won't let me. It keeps shoving that new list up to the first list. So, say, two lists with 5 items each becomes 10 items in a single list. I've tried double spacing. Nope! I'm really not liking this. It should not be this complicated. How do I work around this?
I do love me some collapsible headers, BUT i’m finding every time I reopen Notes after collapsing all the sections notes does not remember the last action, in other words I have to re-collapse every time I reopen Notes… Thoughts?
it's a shame that I discover more features every day that are not available on my 15ProMax in the Netherlands. Feels like I bought a strongly watered down piece of tech.
It's free and it has some real good features, but I dunno it's also still ugly to me lol. I recently went back to Evernote. My current Trio is Evernote, Things 3 and Fantastical
Apple notes takes 2 days to sync across my devices. And yes, I have tons of iCloud storage available. Bear and Craft are instantaneous. What’s going on ?

Get on a Mac in Apple Notes and press Cmd T and you get over 100 fonts and an additional 27 styles to choose from as well as a 5 different colour arrays and you can then set Opacity and save yr favourite colours and use them across all Apple Apps. Absolutely none of this is available in Apple Notes in IOS or iPadOS.

Cmd T on a Mac brings up a menus of 100+ fonts that you can then individually colour with 5 different arrays of colours or the saved colours you use on other Apple native Apps. NONE OF THIS is available on iPadOS or IOS18. The new gimmicky font colour shading isn't the same.
@@mikebedford4362 the sheer range of fonts agreed no. But at least headings, strike-though, italics and indentation can be done properly now. Colours are limited to a few agreed but they do colour the selected text (not just highlighting) exact colour picker is way more than needed on iPhone and iPad notes
BAD ADVICE. You use APPLE NOTES, you are "S T U C K" with it. Try to export multiple notes from APPLE NOTES, try to work with the documents, like merging documents, or anything like that. Not possible to access the files, like md-files. You can ONLY do, what APPLE allows you to do. It is "ROTTON". Good for simple notes. Very bad to use as a longterm vault. I stay with OBSIDIAN. Just because it's "open" to anything, I want to do with my information later.

I find it frustrating that you can change the actual font type and font colour in Mac BUT NOT on iPad or iPhone? Why, why, why Apple?
