8:30 do you have a. "collective" economy? a collective paycheck and social structure? If not then collective housing alone will not solve the problem. The chi is individual, we have had a concept of the indivdual & individual acheivement before meeting europeans. We can be African collectivists. We can be African individualists. Either thing to an extreme reveals weaknesses that our enemies can exploit to hasten self destruction & group disintegration.
