I could see this character loving find familiar to use vampiric touch. Go, my owl of death!
That would be strong to do at range lifesteal... which does help with being so squishy
Vital Sacrifice goes well with this build too if your DM rules that self-damage doesn't trigger a con save. Helps vampiric touch become an actually strong spell as its like you are upcasting by two levels for just a 1d6 of damage youll heal back
True, it's just weird that you kinda have to sacrifice a health resource to get another health resource tho
@@smilesschemes I feel it does well to show dark magic. It’s a high risk to take that allows for someone to deal a lot more damage (almost double damage for lvl 3 slot)
Def not going to be “meta” but theme wise super cool
This is a really fun build, but I feel like it has some untapped potential. Not exactly sure what it is, but I'm confident there are some other abilites out there that could turn this into an absolute beast, possibly something like wildshape with the conc spells, who knows.
There are definitely other lifesteal options but incorporating some of them into the build would spread your stats out a bit too thin. Barbarian weirdly enough has some fun lifesteal abilities as well

Is there room for three levels of Warlock to get Pact of the Chain and Gift of the Ever Living Ones? Maximize all the relevant dice
The issue with Pact of the Chain with GotELO is that it doesn't maximize the healing we get since THAT healing comes from spells. It doesn't maximize the damage to give us more healing
