Getting all of the weapons into Diamond was arduous and grueling... But it was so worth it! Hopefully, your perseverance holds true and you can make it to Diamond, too! I love your Crab Champions vids 😁 To answer some of the questions you asked in the video: - The crystals the you had to manually pick up were from a crystal rock. If they're broken by an enemy's attack (or maybe if you're far away) when they're broken, the crystals must be approached to be picked up. - The enemies on the one-shot map had half health because the enemies that spawn after an enemy is killed spawn at half health rather than full health (I believe they can still regenerate to full health from the regenerating modifier) - I'm almost positive that the Flamethrower will get some kind of nerf in the future (this is just speculation on my part) - On island 20, the Elite Ice Skull used an attack that propels itself toward you. Since you were in the air, its trajectory propelled it over the edge of the map and it fell to its death. It's a way to cheese any elites/bosses that have a similar attack - The spawn rate for Shielded enemies WAS decreased with this update (thank god) - Drill Shot will target another enemy when the drill is spawned. I'm not sure if the drills spawn or not on the training skull, but either way, you wouldn't see any because there are no other enemies to target (Link Shot functions the same way, but the link shots are VERY hard to see). - On island 30, when you mentioned your flames not reaching the boss, it is possible that the effective range was decreased because of Big Shot. Projectile speed affects the distance a round will travel. - In regards to Sharp Shot's damage addition being reduced, all base damage (and enemy base health, which explains why, despite the lower damage numbers, this run felt stronger than your previous ones) for all weapons and enemies was reduced (could be to reduce strain on the CPU). - Evolved Enemies (I believe) adds things like Ice and Fire Pumpkins and Laser Skulls. I almost always have it on, though, so I kinda can't remember what enemies are left when it's off. P.S. I love the Arcane Wand so that would super fun to see what kind of build you go with! I like the more “streamer style” video from time to time bc it adds suspense and another layer to the video rather than just adding to the montage of diamond ranks
I think the fire is just super effective at preventing enemies from regenerating, and the fire chance combined with the amount projectiles the flamethrower shoots is just too good
It's not just you Leth: Flamethrower is kinda broken lol the fact that you were saying that before even getting Oil Can really proves it. Definitely feels a lot stronger than the other weapons, probably due for a nerf soon. One of the easiest Diamond runs I had too. Arcane Wand felt a little more difficult to use, but Firework Shot and Arc Shot make it kinda broken

“Unlike other games we know of” throwing a nice little bit of shade there Leth. And rising star is a game breaker bro. Extra crystals plus extra enemy’s gives out so much cash. I’ve found that in games that give you that sort of buff it’s basically game won.
Just so you know if you take triple shot and arc shot it is one or the other procing. So let's say you had 100 percent arc but 99 percent triple shot, only the arc shot would proc.

The damage and health decrease was made because people were reaching the integer limit on damage way too quickly.

Some mobs do drop crystals that you have to pick up, usually the Grubs.

The same applies to square shot but not things like split shot or targeting shot. Just the ones that are the different shapes of bullets
