I love all of your steampunk pieces and this one is no exception. It would be super to see larger pieces also. Thanks for a really great video tutorial.
Another masterpiece from Mike. Though I'm not a "steampunk" fan, I still enjoy watching you create. I tried one creation in my art journal and it turned out "not too badly." You are truly an artiste!
Beautiful work
I first saw this on Indigo Blue's channel & didn't mind watching again here! :) Great job Mike! Love the dry brush effect with the metallic paints.
You have inspired me. I have so many bits and bobs of things that I have been collecting and want to make a shadow box.
Really cool!
Very nice shadow box!
Absolutely Delicious !!!...I So liked that you made your Own Skull & Crown & Die Cuts..That's what I do, as I'm never Happy with spending money on trinkets I can make myself...I'd rather buy a mold so I can make as many as I want ( cheaply). Metal Paint is a Must Have even if one doesn't do Steampunk...Off to watch more of your Videos Mike; Have a Great weekend...LYBM XOXOX
Awesome! Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much for the inspiration. I have a number of shadow boxes in my stash and I can't wait to get started.

Truly amazing...I love your work xxx
Thank you so much for this video, it is so easy to follow your instructions, but the question is: am I brave enough to give this a go? 😊
totally amazing tfs
I love this.
very nice
Yes a great Shadowbox :) !!
AWESOME
Amazing as always!🙂
This is a great project, thanks so much for sharing, I learned a lot from this video but the question is: am I brave enough to give it a go
Cool! I need to buy some metallics to try this technique!
awesome
I thoroughly enjoyed this video. Can I please ask a favor....the next time you do the metallic dry brush technique, would you do a quick minute in real time so I can see how fast or slow you really apply the paint and maybe a quick zoom in on the brush to see just how much paint you use. I just love your work and this metallic paint technique and I can't seem to master it. I'm not sure if it's the technique, too much paint, the brush or what I'm doing wrong but I always seem to have too much when I'm done. Thank you.
If you click on the gear icon at the bottom of the video's screen, you can slow the video down to .5 or .25 speed.
I didn't know about the gear icon!! Thanks!! I've used perfect pearls for this effect with the same success. although didn't have that terrific color of blue.
Sweet!!!
love those metallic paints for steam punk look! what else can you do with the metallic paints?
where do you buy your frames from??? if you don't mind sharing your secrets?? 😊
Cooooollllll !!!!
