Wow! perfect video! Short and to the point , no jabbering for hours and the music was fun and easy to watch and follow instructions. Awesome to watch you create , you are very talented and to see the finished project was AMAZING! AWESOME STEAM PUNK BRILLIANT WORK OF ART. So inspiring . thank you. great job.
STUNNING! I watch in awe each of your videos. You absolutely amaze me with the creations you do. I really do enjoy watching your process! More importantly, I think your projects are gorgeous! I love the Steampunk style! Mainly, I love metal pieces. This tag has so many details that are outstanding! I was so happy that you left that piece of chain hanging off the bottom of the tag, but to add a second bit with a tiny bottle of watch bits... masterful! I wouldn't have guessed! Thanks again!
@bianca4430 They are part of a brad making kit by Papermania here in the uK - not sure if they are available internationally, but you get the brad frames, the epoxy bubbles and the punch for 3 different sized brads.
Another creative project! You always manage to combine a bunch of products and elements in such clever ways to produce fantastic results!!! Thank you so much for sharing!
What an absolutely beautiful piece of art. Very clever use of the brads and the charms were lovely. Overall a gorgeous tag. Love your work Thanks for sharing it with us. Su x
As usual another awesome piece of art. I do so enjoy watching your videos and it gets my creative juices running. So much so that I am off to do some artwork of my own. Thanks so much. You are so talented.
Absolutely fabulous! You are so much fun to watch -I love your creative process when you make ANYTHING! Keep the videos coming - You are my fav! TFS :)
@colleen527bluemoon Usually, I plan just the theme of a piece, then see where it takes me. The fibres I use are called fusible fibres. They are sold under various names by different manufactureres, but is you search for fusible fibres, fantasy fibres or angelina fibres you should be able to find them on google.
@paperimpreshunz No such thing as a dumb question :-) It's been pretty much trial and error for me where adhesives are concerned. Glossy accents is very strong, and has a fine tip, so ideal for heavier items, or areas where precision is needed. I use gel mediums for paper only. They are ideal for this, and are fast drying compared to glossy accents. Also gel medium dries to a matt finish, so is my preference for many vintage style projects. Hope that helps! :-)
Rach, you are an artist in every sense of the word. I watched this video with my daughter and we kept saying "Oh my God!" and "Wow!" over and over again. Wonderful!.
This is awesome. It's not even a part of a cosplay, or a gun, or a steampunk machine, "just" an artwork, but it is really awesome, looks like whatever is steampunk seduces me these days ^^ Very imaginative, great work !
I just love watching your video's. You are so inspiring to me. I am not a mixed media artist but I am wanting to try because it looks like fun. You are so creative and I love the way your mind works. Nothing boring here !!! TFS
I saw some of that fusible fiber at a stamp show a few years back and I'm kicking myself that I didn't buy any! GREAT tag! I was just about to go to bed when I saw your video come up. I got to listen to that happy music and see you create something amazing....sweet dreams for me! TFS, Heather
@Wentworthsgal Hi Michelle, the Glossy Accents has not caused any reaction as such, it has just highlighted the Distress ink in places where it was not covered by the chain I too like this grungy look, so was not overly careful about where it went :-)
Bravo...applause ~jumping up and down...doing cartwheels!~ This is amazing as always with everything you do Rach! Thanks for sharing your talent! Hugs, Suz
I have to agree with the other folks here and say that this was just amazing to watch...you are very talented and so inspiring. Every time I watch one of your videos I get all excited to go create something. Thank you so much!
Oh my word! that was truely amazing!! Wow! I just 'Love' 'Love' the little watch parts in the bottle, think that was my fav bit, along with all the other amazing stuff.
Hi Katherine, I don't know how many stamps I have, I haven't counted, but they are a bit of an addiction of mine and I use them in almost every project I create. If you are starting a collection, I would advise you to buy the red / grey rubber options where they are available as they are much more durable and give far superior impressions to clear stamps. Have fun collecting!
My total favorite forever. I love this. I would even be happy with the scrap paper you throw away. Could you do a tour of what I am positive is your awesome art studio? I bet it is amazing in there.
WOW, that is amaaaazing!!! Just when I thought you were finished you added more and more. With every addition it just got better and better. Super awesome!!! TFS ~
I think I bought mine from ebay, though I honestly can't remember, it could have been from a different online retailer. Not sure what country you are in, but the best advice I can give you for finding items is to pause the videos, scribble down the name of what you want, then search on Google (or ebay which often have the best prices). Best Wishes, Rachel
Awesome and amazing work. I would love to have a container of pieces like you have with all those little clock pieces and gears. The whole project is beautiful tho!
That was just AMAZING!! I loved watching all that texture unfold and just when I'd think there was no more to do you'd add something else! You really are an amazing artist!
This is the second time that I've watched your video, and I really like that you showed which product you used! Between you and Jennings644, I'm all set to craft my own tag. LOL!
I'm really late posting a comment but I just saw your video and wanted to say that I think your steampunk tag is AMAZING! You are so talented. It is a joy watching you create!!

Gorgeous tag and so many techniques to learn, thanks so much! May I say that that for those that wanted to know what the shiny fibrous stuff you used, it's called Angelina fibers here in the US. Available in plenty of colors, just google it. As for the metal keys and small parts, I want to say that it's available for $1 (with coupon) or $2 without coupon at Michaels in the USA. Look for them in the unusual place i.e. the $1, $2 etc bins near silk flowers...Just got some metal crowns, metal type writer charms, fleur de lys charsm, key charms and galore. Hope it helps others.
Love this tag! You are soo talented. I was so envious of your little box with watch parts in it!!!! TFS!

Both pieces of equipment you mention are heat tools produced for drying and melting materials used in mixed media art and crafts.
