This judge is not treating Adv Teffo fairly, every time he respond with an anger/harsh to Teffo which is annoying. There is something beneath the water about this judge.

Why did they not inform the police immediately after the shooting? What made them think they were safe and the intruders were not goin to come back? Appears there was never an intruder

On the issue of standby I think Teffo should have put a question of what it means to be a standby and get straight to how applicable the period was for this crime. Instead of trying to put to him that the witness could be incorrect.
Advocate must just calm down, he gets too excited and loose the line of questioning. He is not only going to defend his clients but help us find the real killers and the motive. I hope he will refocus tomorrow, he must know that it's not about him, we are happy that he started as a police and now an advocate, that is irrelevant in this instance!
Remember Teffo is the one who was hired by Meyiwa family to investigate the case and now is the lawyer for the accused....so he knows more than anyone about this case in that court

So in a nutshell the Judiciary is also part of the state and the reason why the case is such a mess but I think it points that evidence was tempered with and people were paid off to make sure the culprit doesn't go to jail.
