I could not live like that I resigned and left the corrupt police force

I told ppl adv Teffo has done nothing to give court second thought, however adv Mshololo is giving the court a second thought in every question she throws out there, nd ppl are not giving adv Mshololo enough credit, she is way better than the guy, honestly i would prefer her to represent me over adv Teffo..

The problem with Adv Teffo is that he seems like he is not really aware of some of the court procedures. I think this is a clear case of experience vs qualifications and that makes Tefo come across as unprofessional because he lacks experience. I hope his sloppiness doesn't cost him the case.

This is not a normal case cause there are lot of discrepancies behind and it Look like Mr Teffo he is dealing with very decisive andexposed it. The investigator in this case relied too much on the evidence from the so called witness who in turn look like the perpetrators of the crime thereby compromising all the evidence which could have nailed the suspect if he was one of the people in the house.
I believe I would want to hear from victims in the house regardless my colleague gave me the details.

The judge is correct at this point,no confessions that must be sounded while they were not part of the statements or any evidence that was not submitted to him through a hard copy,a judge deals with what is in front of him,so it’s true that It’s a story he doesn’t know,allow the state advocate to highlight to the state judge that as the process goes there’s witnesses who wished to confess,yes the case was built without a solid foundation but Advocate Teffo must redirect everything professionally not by force of sounding rumours,I believe out of this case the conclusion will be Big Birds going to jail not the wrongly accused poor guys.

Keneloe I don't believe so Teffo he is impulsive, egotistic his tone it's a bit harsh, and come out in disrespective manner. And he just can't humble himself or excuses himself as being wrong. Yesterday he came late he did not apologize. The judge asked if can we at least came back earlier after lunch since we started late they all agree and he insisted on 2pm instead of 13h45. Just to prove a point that he isn't afraid of anyone however it's gonna cost him the case. Now listen to his toning it's like he is speaking to a child he is wrong.
