Wow, those are some great properties! The last one with 2 stories had my head reeling, so much work. If contracting out, just from your pictures, looks like at least $50,000 of work would need to go into this house just for floors, walls, ceiling, outside scraping and painting on a ladder. I wouldn't hold my breath on the inspection report, might get two opinions, looks like it's been vacant for some time. A total nice redo with rewire, probably plumbing, adding a powder room, getting the fireplaces fixed up, floors finished, paint walls - I'd budget $200,000. It would be stunning!
Look at the picture in the paint on the wall one has Victorian woman and another has a big dog I just love your program and I give out your info to patients and friends. I watch every night

I believe on the property at Big Sandy River, they might be calling the building in the middle ,the garage. [converted] .They mention the deck between house and garage/
I heard today, they have 9 sheds with walls,installation for families to move into or use for storage. In W. NC. Tents aren't warm enought in the mountains. Thank you for letting us know.

The Big Sandy river road one may have flooded, which would explain why it sold for only $30K at one point.

I really like the channel, but the ads are too long! I’m subscribed to thousands of channels and I don’t think there’s even one that has this long of ads on it. A lot of times I just click out of the channel when a super long ad comes on. Just letting you know my opinion.
