Nora Daza is the first ever domestic goddess in the Philippines. And she is the ambassadress of Filipino cuisine. even before the internet our cuisine is famous all over world because of her. I remember when she introduces Kare kare to France and London.

I remember many years ago, after watching eat bulaga. There's a segment called Del monte kitchenomics with your uncle sandy and sometimes your tita Nina would cook also. My nanay and I would collect recipes from Del monte tomato sauce cans 😊.
As kid back then, I have learned so many cooking techniques that I have never thought that I would still use up to now in my own galley.
Thank you so much Daza family..!

Nostalgic about Cooking with Nora, then Cooking With the Daza's.. Growing up my Saturday morning is not complete without watching the Grand Dame of Philippine Cooking and her children. My lifelong love affair with food started by watching them.. So glad to know Belle is doing this cooking show..

We're glad you're following your grandma and your uncle's footsteps in your own cooking show. I remember the time that she was very popular on TV way back in the 70s and 80s. She's so popular. Even Jessica Soho's show KMJS featured her way way back.

When cooking, always have *TWO CUTTING BOARDS TO AVOID CROSS CONTAMINATION* one for meat and one for vegetables. You do not want to cook your own food and get food poisoning.

In fact my sister put a plastic cover on it that’s probably why it’s still in good condition. I still use that cookbook. One of my favorite recipes is her version of chocolate cake! Happy cooking!!

My family has our own recipe for stroganoff and I still finds this recipe pretty interesting ❤️ And we eat ours with rice of course. I just wanna mention that if you already use resealable bag, there's no need to use hands for drenching the meat. You can just shake it to coat everything. Less contact with raw meat much safer and much better. 🤗 I admire how u want to learn more about home cooking, Belle. Can't wait to watch more of this ❤️

    good morning
Beef Stroganoff or Beef Stroganoff is a Russian dish made of sauteed pieces of meat served with Smitana sauce.
Since its inception in the mid-nineteenth century in Russia, it has become famous all over the world, with a significant difference from the original recipe.
Great recipe with all its ingredients
Have a nice day for you and your family
