Tried it today after watching it yesterday. I added some mushrooms and more potatoes. My husband I and I loved it. Very refreshing taste. It will be our go to roast chicken from now.
You can get a manual oven thermometer than you can put inside your oven. I have an oven but doesn’t read accurate temperature. It’s been really helpful in all my bakings. Love your videos! Keep it up! ❤️❤️❤️

Love the recipe! In place of water, I used chicken broth and added paprika and cilantro to the seasonings (because I love them!). SO DELICIOUS AND FRESH TASTING!🙌🏻 Great job on this one👍🏻
Ms Marj, I highly recommend you to get an oven thermometer. Some baked goods esp cakes and pastries are so sensitive to temperature and even the most high tech and new oven sets might not display temperatures correctly:) Thank you for sharing your chicken recipe!
