Definitely my favorite song on Guitar Hero 3 currently, I present to you one of the first "Cliffs of Dover" full combos. This took about an hour, and is really way too easy to be in the 8th tier, but it still ROCKS!
I remember playing the xbox 360 version and I was into getting achievements. This one time I played this song, when I used the star power at the end of the song I got the Whammy achievement. That achievement was for doing Number of the Beast. It was weird.
LECHESNIPER PERU its not really that, like I could hit some notes and not fail. I just can't hit them all, it's plain hard to get them all without missing them to get perfect is the point I'm making XD Still only got 3 stars on this song with expert tho

@imdaboss232 wulfe used to be the man back then, all of his videos are real. Plus he holds down notes several times during the video like at 1:29 he holds down green before the note comes. If you compare this video to a custom song preview using a bot you will notice a huge difference.
@Carlygirl34 just keep playing it over and over again because in the end you will play it with ease. i remember when i first started, i was trying to play: in memory of elizabeth reed by the allman brothers. i think i only played about 30 seconds at first but after trying and trying i eventually got it.(what a feeling that was) btw. you should try that song, its quite a unique blend of blues jazz and rock.
@Carlygirl34 then you are soon to find that guitar hero is a big piece of crap compared to a real guitar. ps. if you are learning this song on a real guitar i recomend using the strat. its a lot easier than other guitars for an example the les paul or the telecaster. if you can do this song on a tele then you should consider getting a job with your guitar.
So that was epic I have to admit. Ps2 gh3 is a tad bit easier than say xbox 360 (smaller controller). I was always able to beat certain songs five golden stars on my buddies Ps2, I'd go home and play the same song on my 360 and never make the same achievement.
@R0CKnR0LLRALPH dude this song is waaaayyy harder on real guitar, which may sound obvious but isn't always the case; one (metallica) is actually a lot harder in guitar hero than on real guitar. anyway, props, this is a great song to play, wish i was that good at real guitar haha.
TTFATF isn't the hardest song by far. You probably know danny, check out his channel and serahc for the 'hardest solo ever completed' or something. That shit is insane
it's a hack. not real hard to do. it's easier to play it on the real guitar then ps2 junk. i've played it on my logitech guitar for my xbox 360 on easy and nailed it tried it on hard not even close so i tried my fender guitar with amp and it was not perfect but way easier and better sounding.

I play stuff like Parkway Drive, Thy Art is Murder, Whitechapel, Chelsea Grin, etc etc. And why is it a bad thing if someone wants to play a game that has to do with guitar? It's a GAME. well i originally had the game for ps2 and i beat it on hard, so then i got gh world tour for the 360 and ended up beating it on expert. when i bought gh3 for the 360 i didnt feel like playing the career again so i just used the cheat code to get all songs. the only song on expert i couldnt beat was ttfaf. so basically could have, but didnt

This song is actually very easy, i can do around 97% on expert, but i really think its unhuman doing 100%, you always get the feeling your arm is not going to make it and then you miss some notes

gh3 and 2 had the best tunes and the best playing,
all the rest wasnt that good, warriors of rock was decent.
if guitar hero makes a comeback, i hope they make their games similar togh3 or 2,

thats bot u can tell cuz at the begging of 0:31-0:42 when u hit green twice u hold it down and just strum but it pressed the fret twice for each note....got busted son make a real video then we'll see how ood u are

@walzandrew I agree with you. This is clearly a bot. Usually, if there's only the video, legit players press the buttons before the song to show it's really them and not a bot. There's none of that here.
@MrKillah101 No it isn't. You can tell its a person, because some of the notes are whammied, and others aren't . If it was a bot, all long notes would be whammied, or none of them would be whammied- not some of them.

@nikko7mya Yeah that's cool. Well I play guitar and I'm in contact with almost every genre of music, I play most of the times Thrash/Death Metal but I also like Rock, Blues, Classical music etc etc. Music its always awesome :P
i know the whammy bar gives you star power. but when your doing this for a video for entertainment purposes, dont fuck the sound of the song up.......... your score doessnt matter when your doing quick play.

This song is actually very easy, i can do around 97% on expert, but i really think its unhuman doing 100%, you always get the feeling your arm is not going to make it and then you miss some notes
its not a bot cause if you look closely at the green button at 0:33 its held down a second before the note crosses the line, an im not sure but can bots whammy? cause im pretty sure they dont

ur awesome at playin this!! i wish i could do it. i tried to do it on expert with the guitar and i totally failed! then i tried it with a controller and i thought it was a little easier.

@watermelancholyy Especially when your the one playing it. 3:23 and somewhere near the start of the song I start to mess up. Other than that you need long fingers to hit the oranges. (Or pinky but my pinky is in a hook shape so I can't hit oranges or blues like that)

@iPivot1 it's definitely not "skill" if you look at the real videos of ppl playing you can actually hear the buttons and the strumming. and if u haven't noticed it says FC in the title

Its 2 different things.But I think its probably fun to play "Guitar Hero",(have not tried it yet),like its great fun to play your axe.

@electricguitar1212 Actually, it took, like, literally 2 minutes, I wizzed through the other songs (they were easy), the only song I struggled with was the first song on Tier 7, which I completely forgot the name of, the one above Disturbed...
My friends play with the controller and I use the guitar, they laugh of me because they make it better but i tell 'em the game is called Guitar Hero not Joystick Hero :P
